Today is October 12, 2024 we missed our cruise due to an accident on the way to the tour schedule…read more It was half an hour drive and we purposely started heading off at least an hour before the schedule. Knowing that we would be late, we called them 15 to 20 times, emailed as well but nobody picked up the phone. Upon arriving there after half an hour of our scheduled tour (2pm) we found many other people (about 20 something) having also missed the tour due to the accident on the way. We waited till the next tour and told them about having missed the tour. They told us to emailed and reschedule. we did as instructed and now it is 6:15 pm and nobody bothered to respond to our email, voice messages and missed phone calls. Is This how they do business? Very unprofessional and that is very disappointing. looks like they only know how to make money and fool people but doesn't know how to do it professionally and doesn't care about people's feelings. I will never recommend others to use their service. They are scammers

The Lady Muskoka boat tour was a lot of fun! We took a Sunday afternoon tour that lasted just under…read morethree hours. The tour takes about 40 minutes to get to lake Muskoka as you go by several pretty properties on the edge of the water. The canal is a no wake zone so it is a bit slow moving until you get out to the big lake. Then you spend about an hour out on lake before heading back in and repeat the 40 minutes returning to dock on the canal. Out on the lake you get to see dozens of summer houses in millionaires row. Very pretty. You can buy an additional meal along with your ticket, or they have a grill on the first level that serves hot dogs, hamburgers, fries, etc. The scenery is better than the food. There is a a good burger and ice cream place across the street from their location. Make sure you have sun screen on as you may spend the entire time in the sun.

We had an unforgettable experience on the Muskoka Steamships on Canada Day 2025. The scenery was…read morebreathtaking, the steamship itself was a marvel, with its elegant vintage like design mix with few modern amenities. We passed some luxurious and humble lake house and cottages (that was the highlight). While the experience was lovely, I did not have much interaction with the staff beyond confirming our tickets. If you are looking for a unique and memorable experience, I would recommend the Muskoka Steamships. Whether you are a nature lover, history buff, or just looking for a relaxing day out, this is a greatt activity. For now, 4/5 only because we had not tried out their food options which is offered for additional price. So next time , that would be our goal. Tips: - Book in advance to ensure availability - Arrive early to explore the dock area - Bring a camera to capture the stunning views.

We were thankful that the boat had both indoor seating and outdoor seating as it was a chilly day. While we awaited the boat we shopped in the store which had an extensive collection of items made by local artists. What we liked: When asked questions the crew was knowledgeable. The boat was very pretty- much nicer than other boat tours we've done. They had a full bar and snacks for purchase. Lots of different views from the boat- three levels of I treating spaces. Plenty of seating. What we didn't like: From the website it looked like we would be enjoying a steamship. The boat we took was a diesel ship. It seemed like we would learn about local history of the area- but it was a prerecorded tour that was out of sync with what we were supposed to be looking at. This made it confusing and we were unsure of what we were supposed to notice. It was pricey for what it was. And there is an additional charge for the museum. Crew was moving furniture from the dining room for the carpet to be replaced. The tour felt like an imposition for the crew to get their work done on the boat. Not great pictures of the beautiful dining room because there were chairs stacked everywhere. There are many great museums in the area and lots of cool experiences, many that are free.. I wish we had skipped this one & spent time elsewhere.
