Everything seemed great! He was knowledgeable, lots of equipment, super nice. He did a very aggressive adjustment on my whole body. It was terrifying. I thought I was going to fall the whole time. It was so disorienting being ordered in all these strange positions. But I went with it. I went home in pain. That pain grew. It grew to the point I was on my hands and knees sobbing hysterically, rolling around trying to find some relief. It took two hours, 3 pain pills, high dose muscle relaxers, and 3 anxiety meds to get me to calm down enough and get the pain to a level I could sleep. I spent 4 days icing, resting, and taking narcotics and muscle relaxers trying to get relief. It did not hurt even 1/4 of this before my adjustment. They did not instruct me on what to do for pain. Did not instruct me on how to deal with increasing pain. There is no way to reach them after hours. There is no help available. I'm sitting in the doctors office now hoping they did not do any permanent damage. Please research before you go anywhere! Especially here. You will be left alone to deal with your pain and that is unacceptable to me.

I went in and had a wonderful massage by Bri. She recommended weekly massages to get me back to normal. So, I scheduled for the following Friday. I drove to their office in a bad snowstorm only to be told she wasn't coming in for the day because she wasn't feeling well Okay, that happens. They asked if I wanted to reschedule. Of course I did because I still needed work and Bri is good at what she does. Today, my scheduled appointment was cancelled again for the same reason. At least they called me before I left my home. I'm confused why they keep scheduling me and then cancellling the day of my appointment. It doesn't feel professional at all. If you can't or don't want to work on Fridays, don't accept appointments.

I've just have been trying some stuff to be healthier in general and was hoping to get a routine. I walk in and the lady there is really nice. She walks me back. Take some scans (there's a bit of trouble with the scanner) I sit under some red lights and chill for like 20 minutes, you get a foot cleanse where the water turns a color and tells you secrets about your health, and then they put you a vibration plate. The whole thing takes about an hour, maybe an hour and a half. The nice lady tells me to come back in a week to get my results. I come back for my results a week later I wait in the waiting room for about 30 minutes. A Guy takes me back and does the worst sales pitch I've ever heard. Asking me why I signed up for the $59 deal. If I even plan on continuing. I'm a little confused and I say that I was expecting to hear about my results and get a plan. He then says he doesn't have my results and that I should sign up for their $1200 plan so that I can get a plan. I get a little defensive and say I feel confused. I thought I was gonna get a plan today and he said normally I would but they didn't have any of my results. Obviously uncomfortable he offers a free redo on the scans. Promising I probably had results the first time he just couldn't prove it. Anyways, did not like the sales pitch would've appreciated if he just said "hey we don't have any results. Can we please do everything one more time and then see if you would like to continue?" Just right up front. I think that this deal is either too low or their prices are too high. It is very important to keep on the schedule. My balance is back to around 90% of normal. I am now able to get back to my outdoor hobby's. The pain problems are around 80% back to normal.
