I have never had problems before…read morewith waxing but after having them done here my forehead and brow area were red raw and aching for days following. My skin was also left sore and damaged, and I had to keep applying Aveeno or Aloe Vera cream. It has taken a week to get my skin back to a healthy condition and I can only assume the wax that was used was too hot. I did not get any form of apology or signs of goodwill when we called up and reported this to them, and I believe this is something that potential customers should be aware of.

The hairdresser wasnt rude but very quiet and although several people around me drank coffee i was never offered a drink. My hair cut wasn't what iexpected it to be and i was left quite upset as my hair was now very high maintenace and full of layers aftyer id asked not to have these. Bad service really.

Whilst I was waiting there was a lady having her hair coloured. The young girl(a trainee I assume?) stood in front of me and offered the lady a coffee, made her one then went upstairs in the shop, totally ignoring me. The coffee isn't the issue but to have even been asked would have been nice. The cost of that cup of coffee will mean I'll likely not return. I ran pubs, bars and hotels for years and know the impact small things like this have on customers. Made me feel like my custom wasn't very important and the amount of money you spend decides wether or not you deserve a drink while you wait. Not a great first impression on me I have to say. As I said though, the haircut itself, and the stylist, I'd have no complaint about at all but the fact that you are 'very proud of the welcoming atmosphere' and the 'friendly team', I'd say some staff training in basic customer service may be a worthwhile investment.

The trainees are supervised and checked at all stages so nothing can go wrong.
