Eric worked with me and met the bid I received from the other company. I told Eric I would need to replace the roof in the next two years and he said taking the panels down would be no problem. The Mormon company had said they'd take down and put the panels back up for free...it was part of the quote. Well it's time to replace the roof and SoCo is now wanting to charge me over $6,000 to take down the panels. I feel this was a huge bait and switch on their part to get the business. I feel they are raping me on the back side. I consider them nothing more than shysters...

I asked them for an invoice showing the hours and some how the final invoice equaled exactly. How does that happen? Do not give them a deposit, pay only what hours they spend on the job. I called them out to do some of the final work (and I was willing to pay beyond the deposit )x They offered a day and i said yes. When i called to confirm the date, they said " Given our current workload, we are going to have to pass on scheduling this request" I know all service companies are busy but it is unethical to treat customers poorly. This is a real issue in the valley. There are still some honest companies that still have good principles. In my opinion, Young Services is not one of those companies.
