No mechanic or engine either. he was always defensive with all our concerns and proceeded to order parts without my consent and overcharged me $5880.00 I had to call cops on him because he didn't want to give me my car back. Don't trust him at all he was nice at the beginning to reel me in and completely took advantage of my situation! Now my car is still not driveable and he said he wasn't giving me any warranty for the labor. also the Mechanic I spoke with at the beginning wasn't there anymore and he got some bum from street to repair a bmw, when I specifically told him that I want it somebody certified in these types of cars, which I was told the first guy was. I questioned him about why he moved my car to his house and had someone working on the car without my consent and he kept telling excuses and lies. I ended paying for a shitty house garage job as if I was at an official shop!!

I first talked to him so I can tow the car somewhere else from his yard, but he said to wait 30 minutes to finish the invoice. When we get there, he says his boss has to do a "surgery" (he keeps saying this but it is a total lie), then when we ask him if we can pay with card, he lies again and says he's the only the one working and doesn't know how to operate the credit card machine (then why did your "boss" hire you ??). He tells us to call back in 3 hours, so we do, but he then again insists we pay him cash (at this point, he was doing all he can to avoid card transaction). He charged us almost $1600 for 2 days of towing !! He's completely disregarding county laws that set a maximum. This Guy is a blatant scammer and not to mention he's defrauding the state by collecting taxes on towing (not supposed to collect taxes on towing). I will definitely have to reach out to AG or someone because this illegal behavior should not be tolerated. He wasted almost 5 hours of my time. If he refuses to accept card, tell him you either accept or call the cops because he's deliberately delaying hoping you will cave.

The hours alone are absurd, but the storage and service fees for that short period are downright exploitative. NOT TO MENTION THE CAR WAS IN WORSE CONDITION WHEN I WENT TO CHECK IT OUT If you value reasonable hours and fair pricing, look elsewhere. This place simply doesn't deliver either.
