He seemed to despise me the minute I walked in the door. My husband thought it was because I was a woman and he appeared to be a Muslin . They delivered and set the hospital bed I ordered early. Likewise when it came time to return the bed - took three days to get someone to come over. The bed was good, although the middle of the mattress was not very good (I had the standard and not the upgraded mattress). Overall, friendly and helpful. I would use them again except next time I would get the upgraded mattress.
