We've been customers of Sunrise Pool for over a decade. It was a small business when we first hired them. The service was exceptional and the owner was a gem. I referred many people to them. Once the owner retired and sold the business to one of his employees, the business grew by leaps and bounds. I always thought we had a good report. I asked about his family, how the homeschooling was going, shared our chicken eggs and pears with him. Last week his employees did a subpar job. I tried to catch them before they drove off without success. I called the owner over and over to see if he could get them to come back before they got too far away. He never answered. He did overreact and canceled and cancelled our service because I attempted to reach him too many times by phone. The company was great before Shane bought it.
