We were celebrating a birthday the other day and two hours before we were supposed be picked up, The limo company called and Said due to mechanical issue they were unable to Provide transportation services, and they canceled on us. No referrals no nothing. I called Several other town car and limo companies In the area and they could not help us. Then I called SUNRISE LIMO. If there were some Way to bottle the level of customer service that we received, then sell it on the open market, I Would never have to work another day of my life. Even though we were calling with two hours notice, Our driver showed up exactly on time with the beautiful fresh clean car And the interior smelled something in between a fresh baby and a warm hug. the Scent was simply amazing. He drove us from Mountain View to San Francisco And even though there was heavy traffic He got us to San Francisco and less than 45 minutes. When we explained to him that we were part of a birthday party, He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that we had a great time. He drove us around from bar to bar all over the place for roughly three hours. Even though We hired him in the south bay area, he was very very familiar with all of the sites and landmarks the city. He suggested several places that we might want to stop by in our night of partying, and each location he suggested Was more interesting than the last. At the end of the night we're ready to go home. Halfway down the peninsula the birthday girl all of a sudden sits up and announces that she left her keys on the juke box In one of the clubs that we were at. But couldn't remember which club. We had all been drinking so we just chalked up the lost keys as the one misfortune of the night. Our driver got us all home safely in that wonderful smelling car . Incidentally I woke up the next morning and I could still smell the car on my clothes , it was wonderful. I highly recommend Sunrise Limo. They were very professional very kind and went above and beyond anything that we could've expected. One last thing... Two days later I came home and there was a package on my front step. It was the birthday girls keys that she left on the jukebox in one of clubs We were at that night. Our driver somehow found the keys and brought them back to us.... All the way from the city. I used these guys last night to get to and from a concert at shoreline, getting picked up was awesome. The driver, Pete was very talkative friendly opened the door for my girlfriend and I. I was very pleased with the service, we did have to find the driver that was picking us up but that's more shorelines awful traffic system then anything. We go both in and out of shore line very quick. The cars were well maintained, cleaned and smelled good. Driver was very professionally dressed. Very comfortable enjoyable ride. The only thing that was rather off putting is that the driver who brought us home (never got his name) asked "okay, and how much would you like to tip" I was a little thrown off by it, I probably would've tipped more if I wasn't asked. Our driver is (S - Singh) is very great man we text him when we arrived he says he is waiting for us in cell phone waiting area lott when are bag come up on belts we get bag and text him give him doors number. He come in 2 min at cruv side lodging are bag and start driving to our house. His early morning pickup at my home in San Jose at 6:30am was prompt. The car was comfortable and clean. On both my return flights to sfo , my flights were delayed by 4 hrs and 2 hrs respectively. It was terrible when I had to get a ride from taxi at sfo. Not knowing it was going to be $190.00 to South San Jose. Since the pick up was late at night; I didn't wanna bother Sunny. Then few weeks later I needed a pick up again from sfo. This town time I told Sunny to pick me up. And the amount I paid was $115.00 includes airport fee and gratuity. This is a great limo company in San Jose. I called them for a morning pick up from San Jose to sfo. They were on time, blk on blk lincoln town car. Driver was in his suit; and very friendly.
