Even when I asked about the tapioca boba (because the menu board said that was the only one they had left). So... ten minutes later, we get out drinks, (and it took ten minutes because she stopped to take another order AND stopped to talk to somebody that just came in to talk) not only do they not have boba, the drinks taste terrible. I asked why they didn't have boba, and why we weren't told they were out when we order, because, you know, that's the decent thing to do... she says "oh my boss was supposed to bring them but he hasn't come yet because he's at his new store." I got to the pet food store too early but saw all of these cars parked outside Transformers, and all of these delicious looking smoothies being carried out to those cars by the most friendly ladies you could ever want to meet. So I hailed one down and she gave me a menu. The system is simple. Call one of four phone numbers on the menu and order smoothies over the phone, and then drive over and receive and pay for your drinks curbside! When you place your order they ask what make and color of car you drive, but it seems that they know most of their customers by name. We ordered from the Funday Friday Menu which as its name suggests offers delicious options like "Butterfinger" and "Blueberry Muffin." We ordered the "Strawberry Shortcake" which contains a cookie and cream flavor base, vanilla protein, and strawberries. It's perfect for lunch on a busy day, and a welcome change from home-prepared lunches. The prices are so reasonable too! $5 for a large protein packed freshly made smoothie brought out to my car is a great value! Transformers is definitely going into my nutrition rotation!
