I think Dr Shah is magnificent and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I received a call today from Denise, the area manager who informed me that the charge was an error on their part and that the $883 would be voided. In her defense, she had tried to contact me several times but my phone recognized it as spam. She could not have been more polite and apologetic. However, I had a great experience at my new dentist's office today. Dr. Chitra Nagaraj, BDS, DMD (2228 South Street, Leesburg, FL 34748, phone: 352-431-3570), is a graduate of Rutgers University. My appointment was scheduled for 9:15 a.m., and I arrived at 9:00 a.m. Immediately, I was greeted by a kind staff member who escorted me to the dental chair and proceeded with the X-rays. I explained that I had difficulty holding the X-rays in my mouth, and she was very considerate, ensuring I was comfortable. Her patience and care truly eased my anxiety, especially since I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years. After the X-rays were completed, Dr. Nagaraj entered the room for a thorough examination. She explained that I had a cracked filling and a small, raised bump in my mouth and detailed the steps I needed to correct these issues. I was particularly impressed by a few things: the office was immaculate, and Dr. Nagaraj cleaned my teeth instead of having a hygienist do it.
