The meal was hot, tasty and a fair value for the price. My partner had a jacket potato from the long list of specialty potatoes offered. The shell was nicely crisped, the potato light and fluffy with a generous helping of chicken and corn. The menu offers a wide selection of items, including breakfast, salads, sandwiches, jacket potatoes, full entrees and more. The establishment is clean and comfortable. My friend enjoyed her soup of the day, spinach and potato, with fresh croutons. Her Americano coffee was served in a large, sturdy cup keeping her coffee hot while we enjoyed the clean quiet cafe. It was a perfect place for a catch up chat for us and would serve equally as well for smaller groups of people to enjoy a comfortable breakfast or lunch of sandwiches or other hot meal offerings like omelettes and fish and chips.
