We stayed at the Brigantine Quarters week of Feb 9th 2026. Important note as from my observation as one gets into warmer weather this environment gets crowded. It is a second floor unit over looking the lagoon. One thing to note if you luggage etc the step climbing is a bit much.
The unit was well maintained with enough cook and dinner ware available. The unit clean and everything operational.
The property is gated where you go through a security gate to show parking pass. If into golf, tennis or pickle ball courts and courses available. We were in unit 290. Close to the gate that gives you access to Ibis lagoon road. Ability walk to beach. Though at this time a bit chilly along with the beach rejunication project.
We visited a few of the historic sites. Ate at Palmetto breakfast restaurant. It was good. We would stay here again though i would go for lower unit. Back steps to get to grilles and less working hauling luggage up stairs. Note this is considered a fractional business model setup. Weather was comfortable. We are not into eating out as much. We shopped at Piggley Wiggley and Public. Spent between the two $322. The Sunquest time we very good. Gary the maintenance guy was friendly and helpful. Bob and Mike at front office were responsive and helpful. One thing would be helpful if work was happening on property you would alerted. Had an issue with TV the company who handles this area took care of us in timely fashion. We had a house off the property that had a party going on, loud music. I calleded security gave me number to police. Told me the noise ordinance is strict. Must stop at 22:00. It did.
Went to Bluffton would recommend visiting.
I forgot to pics of master bedroom/bathroom area. Great bed. Comfortable. Bathroom spacious. Loved the walk in shower. Good water pressure. Plenty of shower space. Though I would increase shelf space to hold items. read more
