While the JWI doesn't provide meals, there are plenty of wonderful local places to explore and enjoy. All in all, a very pleasant place to stay during a visit to Jupiter!

This was one of the most upsetting hotel experiences I've had. The room had an unpleasant, mold-like odor, despite multiple plug-in air fresheners. I was uncomfortable with the accommodations and how I was treated. On October 2, I called the front desk and requested to leave early. The hotel verbally agreed to refund my two unused nights. I relied on that promise. I would NEVER have checked out early and paid for another hotel if they hadn't agreed to refund my money. I complied with their conditions, checked out at approximately 11 a.m., and obtained accommodations elsewhere. Then the hotel failed to honor the agreement. They kept $369.44 for two nights I never used, PLUS my $100 cash security deposit. The hotel alleged marijuana smoking and hair color in the bathtub. I categorically deny smoking marijuana in the room. I did use temporary, washable hair color, but it did not cause permanent damage. I have requested photographs, inspection reports, repair invoices, and an itemized explanation supporting the retention of my deposit. None has been provided to me. I was also approached and questioned by a man I was told was the owner while I was outside with my dogs. The interaction left me feeling singled out and unwelcome. I found the treatment humiliating and disrespectful. I requested an itemized folio and followed up in writing, but still have not received the documentation I requested. I have a notarized witness affidavit supporting my account, and I have filed complaints with Chime, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, and the Florida Attorney General's Office. My biggest issue is the broken promise. I trusted the hotel's agreement, acted on it, and now I'm fighting to recover $469.44. I feel deceived, manipulated, and unfairly treated. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here to get every promise in writing, especially regarding early checkout, refunds, and cash deposits. A guest should not have to fight this hard to get an honest accounting of their own money.

Carpet in the rooms should be changed to something that is easier to clean and maintain because it wreaks havoc for allergy sufferers. The air conditioner rattles and makes it hard to sleep. There were plenty of plugs at the desk and on the nightstand. The only thing in the room that wasn't great was the bed. It could definitely use a mattress rotation or something because there was a big dip that I kept sliding into. The conference rooms were nice and I loved the meals that were served. The kitchen does a great job and I have to say, all the staff members everywhere were just terrific. The housekeeping staff was so nice and then the people setting up the lunches or helping with the conference rooms. Just a really great team. The central bar area when you walk in is great, as is the patio right behind it with views of the gorgeous pool . I was working so didn't have time to enjoy any of the recreation but it looked wonderful. I took a walk every morning and there's a lovely path that goes down by the golf course and you can walk around the small lakes. It was a great way to start the day. Overall a very nice place.

Also, not necessarily the hotel's fault, but the room mist have had a dozen occupants coming and going all night, and it reeked of skunk weed. The mattresses are probably the most uncomfortable I have experienced in any hotel, but at least the linens seemed clean and the kitchen area was clean too. Appliances were in good working order, and although it was too cold for us to go swimming when we stayed, the pool looked well maintained. Ultimately we stayed so it wasn't horrible, but we won't be returning.
