No refund or promos On a positive note, they have a mech named Ryan who seems attentive and hard working. He was even giving the guy who forgot my skid plate hardware a lecture about it while seemingly doing the topside maintenance / customer service for both bays alone. While working on another truck earlier he was being very meticulous / gentle with the truck. Ryan also went downstairs to put the skid plate back in because he was getting sick of the same guy down there putting it in wrong AGAIN. If a new driver has this happen they may have reacted in a way that would've hurt themselves or others. I've been using Valvoline across the USA exclusively for the last 5 years and never had a bad service, let alone one this bad.

The staff was fantastic and welcoming, and the coffee was excellent, which was exactly what we needed that morning. The breakfast sandwiches were fresh, hot, and hit the spot. We liked it so much that we came back later for dinner. My daughter ordered the pizza and loved it, and I went with the cheesesteak sandwich--absolutely great. When a place can save your day during a snowstorm and deliver great food and service, that says everything. Highly recommend, and we'd happily return next time we're in town.

You find everyone from West Chester police to homeless people asking for spare change outside to high/drunk West Chester students getting food. It is a weird and motley assortment of people, especially on a weekend evening. The strangest that I have seen here personally was a guy filling a large garbage can with gas and putting it in the back of his truck. It is highly illegal but I didn't hear/see anyone say anything to him. He probably could have done it while wearing just a thong as long as he didn't go inside to pay. It is almost always busy too here but extra busy during weekday rush hours mornings and evenings and almost any time on the weekends. Given the traffic volume and unusual layout, you have to pay extra attention in this parking lot which is even more chaotic and potentially hazardous than a usual Wawa parking lot. With the new Wawa open on West Chester Turnpike right outside downtown West Chester, I usually try to avoid his location.
