Today, they rang up 16.99 a piece. I pointed at the sign and told the it was ringing up for the wrong price, or they might want to change their sign (I told them this very politely and told him it was no big deal and I would just get another product). He got his manager without me asking and I explained the same thing to him. This manager immediately got an attitude and I told him I was just trying to be polite and let them know so they could print a new sign with the correct price on it. He then said (we can't change the price) in a very rude attitude. For some reason, I could not get it through his head that I was just trying to be polite and it was not a big deal because there was another item I was going to get to replace it. He, again, got rude rung me up as quickly as possible without talking to me, took At this point I told him he should not treat customers like he did when they are just being polite. He said nothing and didn't even awknowledge I was talking. I never asked him to change anything. I simply said I'll take the other items but you should make sure to change your price sheet out so other customers do not thing the same thing I did. In a nutshell, they have lost my business. This new manager ruined it for me. I did not get his name but he is a heavier set white male who usually wears a ball cap. read more
