They improperly installed my oil filter cap…read moreduring a routine oil change, causing a massive oil blowout that required my car to be towed back to their shop.While they admitted fault and towed it, they completely rushed the cleanup, leaving standing oil all over the engine bay. Immediately following this incident, the unseated air cover and oil spill triggered a Check Engine Light for the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor. I had to pay out of pocket for a new sensor and air filters just to make my car drivable and safe again.I have reached out to management with the receipts to request reimbursement for the parts their technician's negligence ruined, and they have ghosted my messages for two weeks. Terrible quality control and zero accountability. Go elsewhere if you want the job done right the first time.
