I was told by the assistant manager that their insurance company would take care of it and when I never heard from them I started trying to reach the manager, Mike. I have done everything I can possibly think to do to reach him. The phone number for both of the car washes isn't answered, and doesn't have a voicemail. I tried calling that number probably no less than 35 times at different hours throughout the day and different days of the week. I also started going there throughout the week hoping to catch Mike there. I started feeling badly for the assistant manager who clearly had seen this happen before. I finally started calling the Go Clean car I finally started calling the Go Clean car washes in Pensacola because they're related according to Sunbiz.org. The two in Pensacola had a voicemail and no one would call me back. I left probably four or five voicemail messages. I turned the whole thing over to my insurance company and they Tried to get in touch with someone and also found it to be impossible, so after the work is done, they're going to go after them through their own legal Processes. The other thing -- be forewarned if you get the monthly membership, there is no way to cancel it. There's nothing on the receipt you get that tells you how to cancel it, they have no website, and no one answers their phone. My bank finally had to turn it in under their fraud collection. I think this is the first time I've ever posted a negative review. I am very serious in my sincere warning to anyone, do not go here!

This was the only place I could find on short notice. First I called Take 5, got the $10 off coupon and went to the nearest garage they said was open. Well it was actually closed down permanently and posted an alternate garage. Instead I went to the Lafayette garage - big mistake. I arrived 1 hr after they were supposed to be open (8am) and Bryan was still waiting for someone else to show up so he could open. So I waited there too for at least 30 minutes and I guess Michael showed up on short notice to help out which was great but I had been waiting too. So instead of $10 off the 84.99 price, they took the $10 off after the full price + taxes and then added a $4.99 shop service fee. So instead of a good/fair price, especially after the inconvenience they tacked on a $5 service fee. And then Michael just gives a discount to the lady customer next to me just because she heard me talking about it. I even had to tell Michael to reset my maintenance light in the car, really??? I called to complain but they refused to remove the fee and corporate take5 never returned my calls. Poor customer service! Don't come here if you're looking for a quick oil change at a fair price. Even if they inconvenience you they will find a way to gouge you. Stay away!

In general my car got cleaned inside and out however the customer service and experience makes me…read morenot want to go here ever again. For starters when I asked about how long it would take I was told "15-20 minutes" which turned into about an hour. During that hour I witnessed unprofessionalism and disrespect. The person who washed my car had changed my radio while moving my vehicle and mind you they spent more time changing the radio than actually moving my car. When I asked them about it they laughed it off. Also while moving my car the owner ran over one of the cones and did not apologize. When I confronted him about it he was unapologetic and made it seem like he did nothing wrong stating "a cone won't do any damage, do you think I'll damage your car on purpose". Lastly the person detailing my car told me that the rubber weather stripping "came off" and he did not touch it... luckily I was able to pop it back into place but I'm sure it doesn't just do that one day out the blue. All in all, this was a bad experience. The car wash and detailing would've been worth the $35 but given the experience, I should have just did this myself.
