Didn't have my rewards card on me and I couldn't put in my phone number at the pump as I am able to do at other BP gas stations (by pressing Cancel) - I think their machines may be older. I went to the staff and asked Vicky to enter my phone number and apply my points. Rudely claims she didn't know how to do it saying I can only do it at the pump. After an exchange of words I got in my car with the intention of going to another BP to get gas but when I looked at the pump it was still saying to remove the nozzle, as I had already swiped my debit card earlier but realized it would not use my points. Obviously I didn't want anyone else pumping gas using my debit card so I had to get back out of the car and tell Miss Vicky to cancel the transaction since I was going to another gas station. Her response was "oh well you should've said so" as if my getting into the car and having my exchange of words with her wasn't enough. Either she wasn't too bright or she was going to scam my card. A little bit of both I guess. Way too long of a post for a gas station but it was infuriating.

When I was finally on my way my Jeep started overheating on the FDR. I couldn't pull over right away but was able to finally get off. I pulled into the first service station and as soon as they saw me opening my hood they all came rushing over offering to help. They tried refilling the antifreeze but it poured right out the bottom. They said I'd have to leave it overnight and even got me a cab back to my friend in Manhattan. The next morning they called to say I was all set, I'd have to wait days at my local Jeep dealer! I was finally able to get back and the repair cost was much less than I thought. I was worried about being a single woman from out of state getting scammed but they were actually very honest. It's very hard to find that even around my home. Hopefully I won't ever need to go back there again but I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

Many new buildings in the area. The gas here is always on point and the staff make sure all the pumps are working. I've put air in my tires here as well. It's a solid gas station with good quality gas, at average value. They never upsell which i like. Only thing is sometimes bums like to hang around so be aware of your surroundings.
