For starters, they recently redid the place and upgraded a lot of things here. It was nice before, but even nicer now. Clean, well staffed and I rarely ever have to wait. There are a few downsides to coming here though. The gas prices tend to be slightly higher then the other gas stations around. I don't know why that is. Also, the parking here can be a bit tight, regardless if you are at a pump or in a regular parking space. On top of that, this is located at a busier intersection of Rochester Road and Tienkin, so getting in and out during rush hour is difficult. I do come here when I am over at this corner, but not usually for gas. It is convenient though and always clean and well staffed.

They diagnosed my A/C issue correctly, but the method seemed less than "by the book". They couldn't find any of the DYE using a black light, so they jammed a leak detector under the dash toward the suspected evaporator in the firewall to be the issue. Turns out they were right! Estimate 9 hours and $1400. Described the job as major and showed little interest. Was told the charge would be $30 + $10 in supplies. Bill was $30 + $10 + $5 for "additional shop supplies". Really? Going to charge me $5 just because? Lost a future customer for the $5. Not professional. People are already suspect of car mechanics. Took car to another mechanic. Noticed right away that the evaporator was the issue because the car started filling with mist. Described as a major hole and they could hear the coolant running out of the car. Charge for diagnosis was FREE. Estimate 9 hours and $800. Didn't hesitate about the work, just wanted to know when to schedule the car. I will never be back to visit Louie and Ronnie. Enjoy the extra $5 boys. Lost a customer forever.

Would never recommend. Police had my car towed here and in 4 days the car wracked up +$500…read more Accident happened over the weekend so no one from insurance was open and I had to wait this long. When I paid and they brought her out she needed a flatbed but they were dragging her causing more damage to the back end. The bumper was still attached but no longer. Carl was the smart guy who did this. When I told him he was scraping the ground he said he wasnt and I asked him how could he not hear the scrapping metal? I could hear it from inside my car. He proceeded to drop the car, call me an idiot, then disappeared. Went to the office to complain and Tiffany made it clear she agreed with him. Amazingly poor service from just dropping 1/2 a grand. Owner came out, blamed it on the original accident and wouldn't do shit or even acknowledge his employees treating a customer and their stuff this way. Avoid at all costs. Their lucrative police contracts mean they get plenty of work and don't care about your stuff at all.

My fiancés car broke down 1/2 of a mile from our home. We called Byers and left his car at the gas…read morestation where it sat for 4 hours prior to being towed, luckily we weren't sitting there waiting and we know the gas station owner personally. Byers charged us $85 for the hook up (fair in comparison to my knowledge of tow rates) and were told it would be $1 per mile after that. Our receipt reflects $6 mileage charge, 6 miles for a 1/2 of a mile tow?? When we called, the receptionist stated our receipt was incorrect and we were charged for "2 miles" the question remains why we were charged for two miles? The icing on the cake, upon arriving home, the tow driver completely missed our driveway. It is small, I will give him that, but our vehicle was parked halfway between our drive way and our home, we had to actually push the car to our driveway. After which, revealed the damage to our lawn (photos attached). Overall, not a pleasant experience and wouldn't recommend them to service anyone, especially during an already stressful time of a break-down or car accident.
