The overall condition of the store is decent, and I'd give the store a solid B for cleanliness, the staff an A for friendliness, and the location an A for easy or access and amenities. Plenty of areas to stretch your legs, walk the dog or get off the road for a nap. Defintely would stop here again.

But... winter was coming... it was already end of November and I didn't want to mess up my car by having my damaged vehicle deal with corrosion due to the snow and then salt that goes with winter driving. I took my car in to Superior Collision as it was relatively near my house. I got an appointment for end of December as they had that much business. So i took my vehicle in and in a few days my car looked brand new. I also was surprised to have found that they had washed the car both inside and out. Super happy with the service here. Mind you, i hope i never need autobody repair services again... but if I do... I will definitely come back here again.

Without even asking. So now there is a hole in the grill, instead of just a dent. He said he couldn't see the extent of the damage without tearing the whole bumper off. Well I went elsewhere and they had no issues giving me an estimate with the bumper still on. Will never go back!

The overall space felt clean and well-kept, and the restrooms appeared well maintained, which is always a big plus when you're traveling. I'll admit, I was definitely tempted to grab a snack, especially with a Cinnabon inside, but I showed some restraint this time. My husband did grab an energy drink and mentioned it was priced fairly compared to other places, which is always nice to see. All in all, it's a convenient and reliable stop when driving back from Michigan. It was clean, friendly, and easy to get in and out of when you're on the road.

We…read morepulled in after hearing a ticking sound from one of the tires and discovered a big bolt hanging out of one of them. Bob wasted no time in jacking up our car in the parking lot and immediately repaired it so that we were back on the road in about 20 minutes. For a mere $25 he took care of us while they were extremely busy with cars in every bay and others waiting. We'll be back for auto repair in the future. Thanks!!
