If you are not familiar with this place it sits where Giant Eagle use to have a store straight out…read moreof the late 70s. Now, let me tell you a story of why this place is setup the way it is. Before Pennsylvania decided to get with the times with their liquor laws Giant Eagle as well as several other companies and corporations tried their hardest to find loopholes on selling alcohol to their customers. This is the case with this place. It is a GetGo, but it is set up so differently than other locations. Prior the changes in alcohol sales you were not allowed to sale alcohol in gas stations/convenience stores, so for them to bypass this they decided to build a GetGo gas station and a GetGo café separately on one piece of land. The gas station part is setup like what you would find near a Giant Eagle. Really can't buy much at the gas island portion, but as soon as you go to the other side of the lot you have the store part. In order to sale alcohol you needed to prove that you had a café on premise or had the ability for patrons to eat at your property. That is what they did here. Allowing for beer to be sold without having to go to a distributor. The café part is close to immaculate. Everything is clean and organized. Late at night it is mostly quiet. I am always appreciative of the free air for tires which I partook in while I was here.

Upon test results, there were 7 error codes that had the potential to cost thousands of dollars to fix. Thankfully, the mechanic was an honest, intelligent person who was able to fix all the issues with a singular approach. After seeing what could have been charged, I was so happy to see the bill was affordable!! They didn't try to upsell services that weren't needed, such a welcomed surprise. So grateful to know that the work was done by a certified, professional mechanic! My first experience (somewhere else-locally) was abysmal. I was charged for the testing, told they couldn't tell me what the problem was. That's pretty insane to me, I didn't realize you had to ask "can you read codes, diagnose any issues and do any repairs needed?" I naively thought that's what all mechanics do. Back to the service received here, I am incredibly pleased! Professional, friendly, honest, capable mechanics and staff. Will be bringing my van there tomorrow for the same reason. 100% recommend

At one place I ended up actually letting air out of my tire and I couldn't get it back in. I was driving on 18 pounds of air in one of my tires in this horrible snow. I was going down route 51 and I pulled into Greenwald automotive. I had not been there before but was hoping they had an indoor air hose. Gary took care of me took my car into the bay checked all of my tires and made sure that my car was safe. These are kinds of businesses that people need to frequent. I live rather far away from them, but I would honestly highly recommend them just based on their kindness that they showed me today. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

The woman at the front desk had told me I needed rear brakes so I had given to ok for them to replace my rear brakes. I hadn't heard from the shop the rest of the day. So I then called the shop again at 5:20 p.m. the same evening. I got no answer and then I read that the shop closed at 5 p.m. This shop has had 0 communication with me all day except when I called at 2 p.m. I had to call off work where I started at 7 p.m. because Greenwalds neglected to tell me my car would not be completed. I left a message and emailed the shop with no answer. Hopefully they will actually call me tomorrow and not leave me wondering if my car is completed. I would never come back to this shop they are awful with communication and very unprofessional. They have no regard and respect towards other peoples time. If I were you do not go to this place.

When I was able to recover and visit the yard, I was taken back by the level of care they used in storing my vehicle, tarping it, taking great care of it not to cause further damage, and they were very nice and helped me in every way to take proper actions moving forward, even as much as helping me through the experience and treating me like a regular customer. I was very impressed with the owner Nicky and the lady behind the counter for treating me well, taking great care of my car, and their employee who runs the yard was also very genuine, very nice, and I would highly recommend this towing company in the future for ANY needs you might have with transporting, storing, or taking care of your vehicle. Absolutely a honest, transparent, and honorable towing company whom I would highly recommend!! They charged me very fairly, treated me very fairly, and the value they provided to me was incredible and I could only hope we would of met on better circumstances! Outrageous experience. This business has a long list of negative reviews for a reason -- and now I…read moreunderstand why. Based on my experience today, I felt completely taken advantage of. We were told one thing and then faced excessive fees just to retrieve our vehicle, with policies that felt designed to make the process as difficult as possible. The lack of clear explanations and the overall attitude we encountered came across as apathetic, dismissive, and interruptive. We ultimately had to arrange our own tow, and even the experienced tow driver who picked up our vehicle mentioned that this company has a poor local reputation. That alone speaks volumes. I left feeling stressed, frustrated, and disgusted by how this situation was handled. Based on my personal experience, I would not return and strongly recommend others be cautious.

Right after I got off the phone with him the driver, a nice man named Ryan, called me to let me know he was on his way and would be there in about 40 minutes. Not even 5 minutes after that I learned that I learned that I left my wallet at home. I called the dispatch office and told them the situation and that I needed to cancel the tow. I was then rudely told that I had greatly inconvenienced them and that there was a dispatch fee. Ok, understandable. What wasn't understandable was the fee was $50. The driver could not have been 10 minutes out and as traffic was, not far from the office. I asked what the fee included. The dispatch man (same one as before) rudely listed off a list of things. 1. fee for gas 2. fee for the drivers time 3. fee for CLICKING ON THE AD to call them. I told the man that I did not click on any ad and that I found the number online. When I searched for towing companies on the computer the number automatically came up and I called from my phone. He proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and had clicked on the ad and that it cost money to run the ad so I had to pay for it. I told him that I had no problem paying a fee because I did understand that I caused them an inconvenience but that I considered $50 a ridiculous amount. He told me I could pay it or he would call the police. He said that any call for service was a binding contract but I could try my luck with the police. I told him to never mind it because by then 15 minutes had passed and the tow driver was almost there and that I would figure something out. I ended up getting my vehicle towed and had to use my boyfriend's card. At first Ryan told me their card machine was down and that I should have been told that over the phone. (I was not) I convinced him to try it and thankfully it worked. The only redeeming quality of the whole horrible experience was that Ryan was very kind and acomidating. He was able to take $20 off my bill for the horrible service but all in all I would not use this company again.
