Three levels of wash. Pull up to the garage, drive in per light up sign directions. No tracks to drive on. Let the equipment wet, soap, and rinse your vehicle. Again, no contact. Pull forward per directions. Blower/dryers will dry your car. Both the washer and dryers are powerful and rock the car. Exit the garage per directions. Pull out to the area where you can use the strong vacuums included with your wash. Also, there are compressed air trigger hoses to further dry seams, mirrors, vents, wheels, etc. This facility is owned by a young entrepreneur, Tyler. I called Steve's and the whole office was so kind and helpful! They are all very busy people but still made me feel like my son's safety was their main priority. He worked with us to get a used tire on the rim, balanced, and ready to go. He got the tire out of the car, and when it was done, he put a bag over it and placed it back in the car. Especially noteworthy was the initiative that he exercised in giving us the tire for free, only asking that we come back and purchase tires from them in the future.
