Quicker it was, but not sure if you could call it convenient. The stand looks a bit like a mess. You know one of those messes that when you tell a kid to clean their room and all they do is stack things on top of one another giving you more floor space, but not really clean. There are plenty of coolers, but obviously not enough for their stock, but seeing as it is a stall I doubt they really have anywhere to store what they can't stock. Anyway, I found what I needed fairly fast and made my way around the stall to where the register was located. The employee was on his phone, but I don't blame him for that, it has to be a dull job to have as this stall isn't always going to be busy. I paid and I made my way away from the stall.

A sign on the counter said will return in five minutes! This guy just ignored three customers over the span of about 10-15 minutes and then when I approached just walked around to the other side of the counter and ignored my presence! Well if your running a Kiosk in the mall and the owners make so much money they can pay for space and employment and ignore patrons guess I won't do any of my convenience shopping here! Only reason this gets a star is because Yelp rates it that way Rudeness get's nothing Ignorant people get less!

Yes, previous employees were rude but this store over time has excelled in customer service and providing the downtown area with great products and service and they continue to try to better serve the community.

But I did expect some type of sign around items, listing prices. I thought this was illegal. I know the clerks cannot be remembering the price of every single item sold in the store. Are they charging whatever they think they can get from the customer? Looking at how I am dressed and charging based on that?? I filed a complaint with the AG's office, but not sure that will do anything. It takes a batch of complaints. So if you notice the same thing, please file a complaint with the AG's office. Maybe that will get their attention.

The staff aren't overly friendly, but I suppose I'm not really here to socialize anyway. Prices are a little high, just like most other convenience stores, and as the name implies, you're paying for that convenience. The store always seems a little dirty. just look at those door handles (push bars) that should be changed so that newbs know to pull rather than push the door open. (I'm fairly certain that's not ADA compliant either, so there's that.) Open 24/7 is a positive attribute.
