Ordered a hamburger steak with no onions, when it arrived with onions I stated that I had ordered no onions but was prepared to just push them to the side. The waitress returned my food to the kitchen and asked the chef to "pick these onions off". I was a little frustrated as I could have done this myself and not caused an issue, not to mention the gravy was not changed after this, this was not an issue for me but couldn't help but wonder what if I was allergic to onions. Once she brought my food back I began to eat and realized it was also not cooked. Frustrated at this point I simple returned it to the kitchen. Would not recommend. read more

One of the only breakfast places I know that leaves a coffee pitcher at the table . Good food and portions, friendly service, very reasonably priced and a great selection of breakfast and more dessert like items . The decor could use some updating however . And there were some flies buzzing around last time I went it , a problem with the weather not the establishment itself but still worth keeping an eye on. read more

I knew the moment I saw the coffee pitchers on the tables, that I was going to like this place. The service was friendly and fast, the food was tasty and not a big pain in the pocketbook. They are open for breakfast and lunch, we have had 2 breakfasts there, and both times we were very satisfied. It is not a fancy place, but it has a friendly, family owned atmosphere about it, and I would highly recommend it for a good place to have an inexpensive, satisfying meal. Oh, and did I say the coffee refills were as fast as I could pour? The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars, is because the menu is not huge, but what they do make, they do well. read more

The decor is tasteless, boring and depressing. The washrooms are displorable and dirty. The place is out of date.

I have been coming to this restaurant for a while and even though their food is good unfortunately I can't say the same for their customer service. I came today for a breakfast and I notice a couple at the table next to me waiting for their food. My plate arrived and I felt awkward because the other couple haven't received theirs yet. They flag the waitress and asked where their food they ordered was and the response was it's coming. The couple was ready to leave when their plates finally arrived. I was half way done mine. I suggested to the waitress that they should give the couple a discount for them having to wait so long for an omelet breakfast and the waitress laughed as she walked away telling the other waiters and the cooks. I knew she was telling them because she was pointing at me and then they would laugh. Needless to say, I was not impress with their attitudes at all. I was simply letting them know that the customers were unhappy about the wait time and should be compensated for. That would have been the right thing to do. read more

Great breakfast place! :) Delicious waffles topped off with whipped cream and berries. Simply delicious!
