They charge for every mile traveled, which adds up quickly, and they push Zelle and Venmo payments rather than standard invoicing which comes from various different cell numbers. They also advertise that they can handle a wide range of services, but in practice fall short outside of basic cleaning. They're better off sticking to that. There were also billing issues--even the wrong email was shown on the invoice. Emails obviously went unanswered despite them claiming that they are responsive. Decent core service, but poor billing practices, lack of attention to detail, and weak communication make this hard to recommend.
