What used to be $3.75 is now $5.99. Pre-annual used to be $7.99 for a 6 inch round pot is now $7.99 for ONE PLUG!!!! Everything is priced much much higher than what it used to be while other places in the area are still charging $3.75 to $3.99 for a 4" pot this place charge $5.99 for the same size pot of same type of plants. We both used to buy almost $200 from Farmer Brown. We both decided to go and buy from Tioga Gardens and Naticoke gardens. We bought everything we need plus more than what we were looking for nice finds! So sad to see a nice business change for worse and not better!

One of the employees called me names and followed up by threatening me with violence. I was there for the third time too see if my chainsaw had been serviced. The first two visits the promised that it would be taken care of right away. This time they said that the tag didn't mention what was wrong with it. The first time I visited they asked me to write my name and number on a tag. Nobody asked me to fill out the tag with the description of what was wrong. I simply told them that it was leaking gas. Second time I visited we also talked about that it was leaking gas, and they promised to get on it right away. I guess they were getting tired of me asking about the saw. For an employee to escalate personal frustrations to the point where the customer is called names and threatened with physical harm is not only unpleasant but illegal. The fact that it is illegal is probably why the business owner has chosen to deny everything with references to security cameras that only he has seen. Let's hope that changes are being made behind the scenes so that future customers won't be exposed to that kind of behavior.
