Last year they came for my daughter's birthday and my daughter got a little nervous during her painting so we gave her break. Jill made sure she checked in with her often to see if she wanted to continue and ended up painting on her hand. She was able to get to most of the kids twice. This year was just as great. We had about 8 kids and most got their face and hand painted. Jill takes the time to talk to the kids and see what they are into. She even checks to see what the theme of the party is so she has some ideas. I highly, highly recommend Palm Tree Party Rentals! Can't wait to use them again!

Lollipop the Clown cancelled my contract and decline business due to unconscious bias. She allowed an individual to come in between business and their personal objective that had nothing to do with performance of work. The believe the decision was unprofessional, selfish and inconsiderate which has caused an inconvenience. I cancelled my previous face painting service with the intent of her service, and was unable to receive a refund. Again, I advise all parents not to conduct business with Lollipop the Clown due to lack of business minded decisions and unreliability.
