One word describes CJ's Event Rentals: outstanding…read more We were in a bit of a bind needing a last-minute rental, and honestly, I didn't think it was going to happen especially late on a Friday. Not only did they come through, but they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Pricing was very fair, and the guys who came out to set everything up were top-notch. They went above and beyond, took the time to walk us through everything, explained the do's and don'ts, and were genuinely friendly and courteous the whole time. We rented the 20 ft Tropical Fire Blast, and it was an absolute hit with the kids nonstop fun all day. Great service, great people, and a great experience all around. We'll definitely be using them again. Highly recommend.

Yes, you need a planner!!…read more Bonnie and her team were absolutely perfect! We live out of state and Bonnie was our eyes and ears in Savannah talking with our vendors and setting up meetings for when we visited Savannah leading up to the wedding. She worked with us for almost two years and we never felt overwhelmed or like we didn't know what was going on. Having a wedding in 2020 was no easy feat and we know there was no way we would've been able to pull it off without an awesome planner. Bonnie went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. We had to change our wedding date twice and weren't sure if we were actually going to be able to have our dream wedding this year, but Bonnie assured us that things were going to work out and kept in constant communication with our vendors to keep everyone informed of the constant changes. We had to change our seating chart almost daily leading up to the wedding due to guest changing their pandemic travel plans and we could've easily been overwhelmed, but Bonnie helped us out every step of the way. Her and her team also made sure we were as hands off as could be on wedding day. The schedule she put together kept the night going without a hiccup. We had a dream wedding from beginning to end because of Bonnie and her team. Not once did we know if anything went wrong, she checked in on us constantly and one of the planners even spoke Spanish which out a ton! One of the bridesmaids dresses ripped and one of her team members sewed the dress almost instantaneously!

I used First City Event's DJ, Jeff for my wedding reception on April 23, 2022 at Garibaldi's…read morerestaurant. Jeff was fantastic to work with leading up to our wedding. He was easy-going, flexible, and very professional. We had a phone conversation a few months prior where we were able to work with him to pick out the songs for our wedding reception. Jeff provided his expert opinion which was so helpful in planning our big day. Throughout our wedding, Jeff did a great job playing music that kept the crowd dancing and having fun all night. The dance floor was never empty or even had a quieter period. He did a great job with announcing all of our wedding party too. His wife Bonnie was our wedding planner. She was also amazing. Bonnie is also easy to work with and has a lot of patience. A truly gifted wedding planner who deeply loves and enjoys what she does. We all can't say enough great things about both of them! I strongly recommend using them both for your wedding.
