I was welcomed warmly and asked what I wanted and was then led to a very clean and comfortable and warm room. I was the treated to an hour of wonderful relaxing bodywork that truly left me feeling great. My attendant was very professional and took care of my trouble spots with great care. When I looked for a new therapist, I saw he used to teach massage at a nearby school, so I KNEW he'd be great at it and I was right! We also discussed myofascial release and its benefits and it is working out super! But if you decide to try it, just keep in mind you have to drink lots of water every single day. I haven't felt this good in a long time and highly recommend Chris Arnold to help you feel better.
