It had to be towed back to them where they worked on it some more and corrected a few things, but I had to spend a lot of time and money after that correcting their errors. Really bad experience. I gave a 5-star review few years back when they detailed and tined my E92 M3 but today had a Mini Cooper F56 ceramic tinted; let's just say I couldn't be ecstatic with the result. Mike(owner) and Jimmy(GM) both explained to me the detail differences between type of tints and also took the time to compare each tint % on my Mini until I was completely satisfied with how would look before final installation. I walked in when first opened to ask about their tint summer special and they were able to get me in right away since I'm not local and they both understood the hassle for me back and forth. 1.5hrs later, my car is complete night and day with 35% driver and passenger while the remaining rear received 20%. THE JOB WAS PERFORMED TO PERFECTION. This is a pro shop that has been established in New Hyde Park for 15 years and I can wholeheartedly recommend this to all. IFM is more than capable of all your auto upgrade needs. don't be fooled by other pop-up shops with promise of faster service and cheaper rates.

Have you ever gone out to dinner and the restaurant is packed and then you look across the street and the other restaurant is empty. Which restaurant are you going to go to? I'm gonna go to the busy restaurant and wait for a table. Tinting motors and paint protection is that busy restaurant. Their work and commitment to perfection is beyond the normal you would receive. They go above and beyond every step of the way. Couldn't have been happier, with the way my truck came out. It looks newer than new. Thank you Rami. 5 star review for you and your company.

The undercarriage, however, was completely rust covered. After an internet search, I gave Steve a call. He was gracious enough to spend about 20 minutes on the phone explaining to me the mechanics of rust remediation and agreed to take a look at my car. Ultimately, Steve and Rob removed the rust and replaced two safety plates underneath, one on the gas tank and the other on the front differential. On their recommendation, struts, shocks, bushings, and all of the mechanical linkages were replaced. The result of all this work is that I have a 15 year old car that literally drives like new. I cannot say enough about the job Steve and Rob did for me. They were always caring, considerate, informative, and accommodating. And, the price was extremely fair and work was finished on time when promised. Do yourself a favor and give Steve a call if you need a restoration. Get lucky like me and find a couple of mechanics you can really trust.
