There are work areas set up for manicures, with all manner of polishes. All staff were extremely welcoming, full of smiles and friendly. I was led upstairs to the Butterfly Room for my treatment. A lovely calming room with the obligatory relaxing music playing. Lucy talked through what she was going to do and checked if I had any skin problems. I thoroughly enjoyed the facial which included an neck, arm and hand massage. It was that good I fell asleep only to be woken when the time was up. I would recommend this treatment and salon to anyone. Fabulous!

Great place for a pedicure but would not recommend for eyebrows. I have never had problems before…read morewith waxing but after having them done here my forehead and brow area were red raw and aching for days following. My skin was also left sore and damaged, and I had to keep applying Aveeno or Aloe Vera cream. It has taken a week to get my skin back to a healthy condition and I can only assume the wax that was used was too hot. I did not get any form of apology or signs of goodwill when we called up and reported this to them, and I believe this is something that potential customers should be aware of.

Located in the…read morecentre of Darlington it is easily accessed by public transport and there is parking minutes away above Wilkinsons or outside JJB sports. This shop is always busy but you can usually get squeezed in but it is worth booking ahead on evenings or weekends. As well as acyrilc and gel nail, they do pedicures and nail art and there is a special rate for young ones to have nails done. I have had false nails from here but most of the time I just let them spray the tips onto my own nails for a smarten up for £5. Staff are efficient and super quick.
