I reported this to the young girl at the front desk & asked her for an additional day to be added to my package. She didn't apologize & said she would mention it to the manager. I returned two days later & a different girl was there & she told me to go into the same stand up booth & I told her that some of the bulbs were burned out in that booth & she offered to put me in a different booth but I would have a 6 minute wait. Now this salon has 18 or so booths & only 2 were working? I also complained on their website & no response so sorry Hollywood Tans, you just lost a longtime customer.

Second - the prices are great, especially for the quality. They might be a little more than your typical place, but that's because their beds aren't 20 years old with over-extended bulbs. I personally do the level 3 (recently with a lotion recommended by the owner) and I am darker than I have EVER been after 5 sessions and without any burning. Before this I would go 3x week for a month and barely have color. Also -- they do run specials, so if you are budget conscious or still a student, just check in every now and then and I'm sure you'll find the package you need. Third - sessions don't expire!!! I only go every few months prior to a vaca, so it's great that I can buy 20 sessions and have them for the year vs needing to use them in 60-90 days like other places. Fourth - they advise you on what you NEED vs what they want you to buy. It's awesome to work with a place that isn't all about the $$$$, but about the experience and customer satisfaction. Lastly - they are rarely so wildly booked that you have to wait more than 5 minutes. They have a good number of beds in each level to properly manage their clientele.
