We were provided a category and amounts and when we put these together - the Balance Sheet did not work. We were then told that these were budget amounts and not actual. They had a W2 for employee that made no sense - there were wages but no withholdings for Federal Tax or Social Security and Medicare. It was not a good W2 or in good format. I do not have confidence that the owners of this company understand the intricacies in taxes and reporting due to the information provided to us to prepare a return. We had agreed on an amount for their business return - and we honored that amount even though we spent much more time than anticipated. Sadly - since we presented the invoice on 09/21/17 with several follow ups - and although despite kind and non-threatening communication this invoice has not been paid and there has been no communication to us about why. Buyer Beware!

Trying to take steps in becoming a first time home buyer, I knew I was in need of cleaning up my…read morebad debt and trying to get my credit score back on track. The credit counselors at CCCS were extremely helpful in giving me excellent advice on how to take the first steps in dealing with my creditors and tips to get my financial means in place to be able to qualify for a FHA loan. Instead of trying to sell me a debt management plan and paying out the wazoo like other debt service companies, my counselor, Erin, was very honest and gave me a lot of helpful insight and encouragement on taking charge and raising my credit. She took the time to talk to me and asked me a lot of questions to really understand what steps I should take and a plan of action. Unlike the other debt service companies that had contacted me, CCCS never pressured me into enrolling in some sort of "debt management program" and I truely felt that they were there to help. Also, they are only one of the few debt service companies that are accredited through the BBB and offer free financial counseling classes. Before you decide to go with another credit service company, to handle your creditors and debt, I encourage you to check out their reviews and even check the BBB in your area. Thank you again, CCCS!

I called several consumer credit counseling services looking for help. CCCS was the only one that showed a genuine interest in my family's welfare. Instead of requireing money upfront, I was told to take care of paying the rent, my car payment, utilities, and food. Not to worry about the credit card bills, and to call back when my husband found a job. Six month later he did find a job so I called and began the process to to get out from under all of that debt. In 2007 we paid off the consolidation. I could not have done it without CCCS of Dallas.
