We needed to have our dog groomed and this was the nearest place, so thought we woudl give it a…read moretry. I phoned first to ask some questions about prices, how they manage the dog during/after grooming etc and I am afraid to say that they were not the friendliest of people. My dog is a cross, so I could not say 'it is a dalmation/labrador etc when she asked what breed. She got a bit huffy and said she coudl not give a price over the phone even though I had said just an estimate would be good and said the dog was about the same size as a collie. Not overly friendly again when I brought the dog in which is worrying as you love your dog and want reassured they will be nice peole and will treat your dog well when you are not there. On pick up the dog looked great, well groomed and she went through what had been done. I think the palce is ok, and am sure they would be nice to your dog, but perhaps they need to look at improving their customer service?

And the fact she had the cheek to take £35 for butchering my pup I would never recommend her or rate her decent this is one of very many reviews on sites I'll be leaving the only reason she got paid was because my partner picked my dog up not me !!
