I again hired him this spring to climb and trim approximately 16 palm trees averaging about 50-60 feet in height. This being my personal home, I am very particular about how this work is done. He didn't stop and call me when he had this accident falling a tree in my back yard! His original offer was to grind the stump for free. Later he agreed to replace it and sent me photos of small bad sagos off Facebook marketplace. All under $200. Subsequently I had my landscaper source one for $850 and deducted from my invoice as agreed. Trevor handled this in a very unprofessional manner. He has a fairly new contractors license (1 year) but came recommended. Later I learned the person who recommended him is in a local Leads group with him. So there's that. I went with him based on trusting the recommendation when I had cheaper quotes. So I have a much smaller sago and am replanting flowers.

However, on the last job we had done they were supposed to remove a tree, the stump and grind the roots. They removed the tree, but not the stump and roots. I have called multiple times, left messages and have had not had a response. It has been over 3 months and still no response.
