If you like having to constantly message about making sure your application gets submitted after…read morethey take your money, then this is the place for you. Came here for the first time in 2023 for a renewal, super friendly and quick process. However, they went through a "system upgrade" and my application got lost in limbo and my card expired, after sending many messages (and I mean many to get them to respond, had to use a number they didn't know to call them) they finally submitted a new patient application rather than a renewal application. Cut to 2025, went through the super friendly quick process again, hoping that this time they wouldn't let my card expire. Unfortunately, that is what happened, I even sent them a message in March letting them know I haven't seen anything on the dashboard for a renewal application, but MedCare Clinic said it will be submitted and the card will roll over to the new one on the expiration date of the old one. Card expired, had to send messages again to get the application submitted. Will not be coming back here in 2027 due to what seems like a normal thing for them, which is taking your money and forgetting/neglecting to submit the applications.

That's 6 days!! $245 + $25 to expedite the process. $270 total to have your card in less than a week. I am honestly gagged that I got it so quickly! Everyone is nice and friendly. The form was about 10 pages so I would go in before your appointment, or keep in mind that it does take about 30 minutes to fill out. I waited about an hour and a half before going in to see the doctor. The doctor was super friendly and very informative. We spent about 30 minutes talking about my pain and what sort of product I should be looking for to help. After seeing the doctor, I had my picture taken and paid for the card. I paid extra to have my card processed quicker and it's so worth it! I went in on Saturday and I got my card on Monday afternoon! I highly recommend coming here for your card!
