Established in 2024.
Prior to launching SunDay Energy, founders Matt Dagati and Chris Angelo spent years making a national impact through their first venture, Renewables Worldwide, founded in 2017. With nearly half a gigawatt of commercial solar off-take secured, multi-state partnerships, and a reputation for pioneering Low- and Moderate-Income (LMI) access to clean energy, they helped reshape the commercial solar space—proving that sustainability and economic success go hand in hand.
Building on that success, Matt and Chris saw a new opportunity: to bring the same innovation, trust, and mission-driven approach to the residential market. SunDay Energy was created to simplify solar for homeowners—offering tailored rooftop solutions, a frictionless experience, and a culture focused on empowerment and growth.
