Brendan came out fast and provided me a quote that day. The work was completed yesterday. I had multiple panes replaced, as well as other windows serviced and some new screens placed. Brendan is extremely friendly, honest, and professional. Everything was done fast and per the quote. I'm very happy with the result, not to mention the money savings! I would definitely use L&M Glass again and highly recommend!

They patched an old ac unit opening and did multiple interior doors on the property. These guys don't need any reviews to stay busy but they deserve the 5 stars for being reliable and on time for every job.

On a more positive note; the window installation itself appears to be of high quality, although the crew didn't pick up after themselves very well. I like the windows, but will definitely be using a different company in the future.

I ended up going with DR as Dean just gives off a good-guy vibe who wants to get a window project done. No hype, nor pressure to bid projects. He is very timely, arriving slightly before his given time, and he gets the job done as quick as possible. Another good thing is that he informs you about little things that may need attention around the window, but again, no pressure to commit. Overall, I highly recommend DR Windows and Glass.

Mike was super easy to work with from the first moment we spoke. He came by and provided an estimate that beat the pants off the competition, then when I accepted it he came by twice to make sure every measurement was perfect before ordering my windows. Mike also kept in constant contact about window timing while we were waiting for them to be built. I always knew where in the process we were and what to expect. This old Portland house is tricky, with some odd-sized windows and unusual window placements, and Mike and the team didn't miss a beat with that either. They had all nine windows installed in about two days (and Paul's finish work on the trim is pristine!) Each day they showed up masked and ready, dug right in replacing windows, and then ended each day with cleanup. I'm already seeing improvements in my energy bills, too, and the windows are beautiful.

Realizing I wanted to replace all the windows and patio doors, I delayed a year and contacted Frank when I was ready. First of all, Frank is a joy to work with. He was always communicative, prompt and friendly. He offered for us to come out to the showroom and see the windows and doors in person. I went with the Milgard Trinsic Windows and Doors. Second, the install team was excellent. Every day, they arrived on time and hit the ground running. Having a number of contractors for projects over the past 5 years, this team has been the best. I moved out of the house during the project, but I stopped by daily and everything was always cleaned up and in order. Third, I really appreciated the effort and thoroughness on the last day of cleaning the exterior and especially the interior of the house. The team takes great pride in their work and you can tell that is 100% employee owned. If I had to say there was a down side, its you may be in for a wait when placing your order because their work is in high demand (the first year quote, I would have had to wait 4-5 months). Finally, the windows and doors are beautiful. What a difference this made in regards to temperature, sound, and clarity. Not to mention, the ease at using the doors and the contemporary narrow frame modernized our home. We could not be happier.

They are energy efficient and let in so much light!

With the heat we've had the past few summers and then the snow that seems to be a yearly event now, we thought it was time to get a really good widow upgrade. We also wanted out house painted after installation and Clear Choice set that up for us as well. (See my review for Triple A Painting). What we loved most about dealing with Clear Choice Windows & Doors was the personalized service we received. They have a large selection of window frame materials to choose from and our choice of fiberglass was an easy one. It was explained to us that fiberglass windows are stronger than both vinyl and wood, making them incredibly resilient to weather and climate -- perfect for PNW homeowners. From start to finish, our team of window installers provided friendly service, excellent craftsmanship, and it took only two days to install the 10 new windows in our home. Before, during and after, the team cleaned up and kept the work site tidy at all times. There was minimal damage to our landscaping as well. We can feel a definite difference in the inside temperature of our house since the new windows were installed. Our AC doesn't seem to work as hard and it takes less time to cool off in the summer and to heat in the winter. The outside look is classy and fits well with the style of our house and the neighborhood. We highly recommend Clear Choice Windows & Doors if you're looking for new windows.

Reviewing these people is complicated…read more Their problem, it seems, is they are severely understaffed for customer service purposes, and when customer contact is not convenient for them ... well, then the customer just gets ghosted --- not reply-delayed, but totally ghosted. Seriously. There already is a review reflecting this. But the problem is not black and white because, when they ARE flesh and blood (i.e. not ghosts), and they are on the job initially, they are personable, concerned about doing a good job, and their work product is decent. So they are NOT crooks. But the problem arises if you need them to do additional work or make adjustments after the job is done. In my case my job needed secondary work --- NO FAULT of theirs, just extra improvements/corrections that I was willing to pay for. They ghosted me. No reason. Just ignored hone calls and the extra work. I won't list number of calls and emails made and appointments ignored. But it was unacceptable. Times are rough. Labor is unavailable and demand is high. So I have to acknowledge this. But ghosting a good customer is not acceptable practice. I therefore do not recommend these people, because regrettably they are not reliable. I almost gave them a 2 star review for this reason, but that was too harsh. But I reluctantly do not recommend someone who you cannot count on to support their own installation.
