Awesome people and good place to stay. Julie was amazing here. She not only helped us get an extra night (on Memorial Weekend), but I needed an extra few more feet for our water & sewer lines and she drove us 20 minutes from the resort to a supply shop. We have stayed here 2 times with our family both times during labor day weekends. We like this park and will return again. Pros: The park is clean and well maintained. The facilities are clean and well kept. The staff are super kind and even let us arrive early for check in. Cons: The sights are a bit close together. The freeway is close so you will hear traffic. Waaay too many full time living here in RV's, parking is at a premium. Pull through spots are too close , no privacy at all. Unable to use picnic tables. Sprinklers nightly left white spots on both our new truck and fifth wheel. Pools at deepest are 3 feet deep, in one pool . Disappointing for adults who want to cool off. Fine for young families, not for seniors. read more

Nice grounds and pull through sites. Plenty of parking for additional cars and tows. One huge thing for us: We walked our dogs in the pet area to the left of the office and they each got tons of small burrs on their feet. I thought our little guy had had a stroke or something as he could barely stand up or walk. I picked him up and felt the stickers on his paws, embedded in the hair. It took us some time to get rid of them. The park seemed clean and it was pretty quiet. We'll stop again. read more

Very nice RV. We used this as a layover for the night on a way back home after a trip. Has a pool (closed for the season), laundry room and play area for kids. Paved rv spots. There are full timers that live here. We left early in the morning but would return when it's warmer. read more

We have stayed here many times over the years. The grounds are well-kept and most people who work here are pleasant (there are a few who are NOT nice). The pool and hot-tub are great which is the big draw for those who like to use their RV's and get some pool time in. However, I found it creepy that they have installed cameras at the pool now. It is not posted and the camera seemed to turn and follow people (specifically noticed it following the young ladies). The very grouchy man who "monitors" the pool from his RV told us it was motion operated but it did not turn when the husbands walked by it. It was not posted that the area was under surveillance and who knows who is watching it. It made us feel uncomfortable and we will probably avoid the resort from now on. read more

We have stayed here for over 10 years with nothing but good to say about this place. Since Lisa sold and the new "owner" (and I use that term lightly as their disregard for everything doesn't resemble ownership) took over, I would have to say I would question coming again. The "hot tub (piss warm) " is disgusting and filthy! The live ins have basically overtaken the park. They took every single thing out of the office for guests. I'm just in awe. This was the last stop and highlight of our family time every year. I can't find one nice thing to say right now. If you don't get your act together you are going to loose a LOT of business. read more

I loved the location and amenities. However, the customer service was terrible. We got stung by a yellow jacket at the pool, discovering a nest under the slide. My brother in law told all the kids to stay away, and went and complained to the office. She gave him a can of bee spray!! My hubby was highly annoyed by this and went and complained, warned her it was a liability to have a guest do something dangerous. She was very rude. We found a nice old maintenance guy who looked at it and said it was too big, and called pest control. The pools are nice, and they have horse shoes and volleyball. Lots of strict rules though. Store was dry. Probably could make good money if they sold basic beer. We liked the place itself, but will not be back due to management. read more

Site was clean and they we're able to get us in on a last minute so thankful for that. But i was hardly able to sleep due to the traffic on the main road just on the other side of the fence. The next morning I took my little kids down to the pool area. Disappointed to find with no lifeguard on duty, pretty much anything goes here. Older kids are obnoxious and parents are more fixated on their phones then making sure their kids behave. The "spa" is not at all warm. Luke warm at best so there was a group of kids jumping, running, yelling, and slashing. Come'on parents!!!! Others are trying to have fun too and it's unfortunate when 1 family ruins it for everyone. Was quiet as soon as they finally left. The pool area is only 3ft deep, spa is 4ft. So the spa ends up being used as the deep pool by kids looking to actually swim. Overall the facilities is well kept, camp area was fine for an overnight stay, and the pool area kept my little kids happy. read more

Been coming here for many years and have always enjoyed it. We did not make it last year as we did not do our summer Idaho trip and the year before they were booked but we have stayed at least 6 or 7 times previous summers. We were surprised at how bad the grounds look now and even more surprised that they filled in the giant hot tub with concrete, I was told it was because so many kids peed and poo'd in it but in another review it looks like they just didn't want to maintain it, the last owners always kept it sparkling clean and hot, next the pool that my daughter loved, it was filthy and ice cold. The lower area stinks like sewage and the place is overrun with permanent rigs. I won't even get into the poor greeting we got. Sad to say this will be the last time we stay here. read more

We make it a point to make this RV park a stop on our list as we're passing through. The kids love the water slides and the pools. The RV spaces are wide enough for the rig and the patio areas are grass. They have good water pressure and some of the spaces have shade trees. read more

We had an end site that was easy to get into with our 38ft fifth wheel. The corners are tight but easy enough to navigate. There are a lot of live ins toward the rear of the park and storage at the front. The staff was very friendly and the area was quiet and well kept. The water slides for the kids and the pools were nice as well as the large grassy areas and the gazebo at the top of the hill. We stayed here in mid June, 2019. read more

We love coming here, not a big fan of how small the spots are but with kids/teens the pools make up for th at! Plan on spending the day by the pool or volleyball. There are a couple small waterslides the kids cannot get enough. We took a stop on the way to Silverwood and had an amazing time! read more

We have been coming here for almost 4 years, with the exception of last year. We recently visited, and as always was very happy with our stay. Kids had a blast, and for the most part the Park is very clean. I would give this park a 5 star review however, I have a few complaints that I think the owners should really consider. 1.Pool is in terrible condition, paint and tile is peeling off everywhere-so much so that the paint chips are floating around in pool. The pool is very dirty with debris. 2. Hot tub is not HOT whats so ever. Matter of fact, its barely warm, and VERY GLOOMY. 3. The lower level should be for temporary camping ONLY during summer months. There were 3 sites that looked like people have been living there, and they felt as if they owned the place. Driving in the wrong way-and very fast at that. 4. Bathroom showers needed to be cleaned more often- my children & I went to go shower, and found a little "poop" in the middle shower. Not sure when the last time it was cleaned, because it had been there all day. 5. When you flush the bathroom toilets water sprays all over toilet seat (makes me wonder what I sat on)? :/ 6. The prior owners had a store in office, with essential items, and some icecream and snacks for kids. You can barely buy a water in there now. 7. This campground has great potential-but needs some fun activities for the families that come here. Such as a regulated bon fire for all, a band or karaoke, movie night or just some music, and byob for everyone to gather at the gazebo area. I would like to throw in, I over heard this place was considering shutting down, and only renting to permanent renters, and building storage units, and paving in pool. That is very sad, because people like us, and I am sure many others-have created yearly family memories here, and would like to continue doing so. Please-consider-if shutting down the campsites/and pool is something on your agenda, sell it to someone who wants to carry on the memories for families. Please don't take this review as we wont return, because we most defiantly will, just a few things I really think you should consider. Thanks. read more

This is our first time camping here and can't say we will be back. Sites are on top of each other and when you have RV's with slide outs on each side of you that creep into your site you don't have much space. We inquired about ADA sites when we made our reservation and were assigned our site based on our needs. When we got here our pad was covered in water and the grassy area had tons of tree roots exposed. This is highly problematic for us with a child with special needs, hence why we requested a flat site that would be accessible. When we went to the office to ask about this they said they don't have ADA specific sites and that the campground is full. We have made do with our site as it sits, however it is extremely dangerous for small kids and those with disabilities such as our daughter. I understand the resort is under new ownership, my hope is that they consider those with ADA accommodations in the future. read more

Suncrest "RV Park" is a storage area masquerading as an RV Park with a great looking pool area - in the pics on their website and other media. In fact, the pools are in serious disrepair and are currently closed. The advertised pools were the only reason we made this stop on our trek west. I understand the reason for the closings, however, upon inspection, these pools need serious work anyway. The sites are extremely narrow, and not long enough for 45 footers and toads. Every big rig in the park had to unhook their toad, or puller in the case of 5th wheels, and park sideways on the grass. If you are in transit across the northwest and think this would be a great place to stop, BEWARE. The entire park, except approximately 10 sites directly in front of the office, are permanent residents. Most all of these residents have 420lb propane tanks, reflective insulation material, and all manners of other stuff spread around their units. Your coach will also get drenched, like ours, by the sprinklers leaving it covered in hard water spots. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! read more

Great spots in Central , WA. Very friendly staff with new owners making lots of improvements. Large grassy areas with shaded sites. Lower park is very accommodating for families close to pools. Upper park great for retirees or large motor homes. Definitely would stay again. read more

We have stayed here several times in the past, and just returned from a Memorial Day weekend stay with a group of 16 in 5 sites. We had a wonderful time. The campground is under new ownership, and although they are still making decisions as to rules, etc., they are so kind and helpful and did their best to be accommodating in every way. The kids had a great time in the pool and pretty much spent the whole day in it. The campsites were clean and had nice grassy areas that are kept green by the sprinkler system that runs during the night. The campground was full over the weekend, yet the campground remained very quiet. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. read more

We have never stayed at this campground, but for the past 2 years, every time we call to make reservations, they are SO rude we never end up calling back. Decided to give them another chance and called back and once again, the lady that picked up was not very nice at all, and didnt even want to answer my questions. Want to have fun? Don't go here. The fun police will make sure that does not happen!! From no drinking in the pool area to the grumpy old men riding around in golf carts to yell at you. The woman who answer the phone to make reservations can go anywhere from ok to maybe not even returning your phone calls. We were a large ground that wanted to be together and since she is the one who picks your spot (pretty controlling right) you are at her mercy. When friends called to say she was with our group they said she actually ugghed to them over the phone. Even other campers were complaining. The park feels like its trying to gear towards the retired crowd. I will not be going back. read more

Have been coming to this RV resort for a couple of years now and enjoyed coming. Recently new owners have taken over and it has gone down hill! They raised the rates up 5$ more for over night stay. Took out the movies and espresso maker, replaced with old books. Here comes the worst, I went to the pool area and there is a huge ant problem, pool is really low on water and the hot tub looks dirty and cloudy like they aren't maintaining the chemicals right. They have had since September of last year to get this under wraps, so no excuse on it being newly owned. This place does not even deserve 1 star. If I see improvement I will redo my review. read more

This was our first trip to Suncrest and we had a great time. The staff was helpful and you can tell they strive to make this a nice place. The main thing to have in your mind is that this is a RV Park not a traditional campground. It is set up for large rigs - at 19' we were the smallest in the place. Not suitable for tent camping. The parking site is paved and the rest is grass. Yes, that means there are sprinklers involved to keep the grass green. We just moved items at night we didn't want to get wet. Our family enjoyed the pools, slides and hot-tub and large grassy areas. The restrooms are the nicest I have ever experienced while "camping". Would definitely go back. read more

Have been going there for the last 6 years. went this year with new ownership and wow what a change. The store is empty has nothing in it. So if you are in a jam no help there. The pools were so gross and full of dirt and crap. Not cleaned very often. The hottub is green.There is no porta pottie or garbage can by the lower spots any more. All the shrubbery has been ripped out so when they put on the sprinklers all the dirt runs into the pool. No one at the pool to enforce any kinda rules. Kids running up the water slides kids jumping off the bridges into a 3 foot deep pool. There was a pair of dirty male underwear by the gate to the pool that was sitting there for a week. The guy cutting the lawn just mowed around them. There were dogs running free that were not leashed up. All and all just such a disappointment. Will never go back. This is a rv park with no rules. And the best part is they raised their rates. read more

Been going for 10 years every Summer. It is private so there are more rules than other parks, but nothing major. Until this Summer. There must have been an incident recently or something. New cameras at the pool, and it was obvious someone sits and watches it. Makes us a little uncomfortable with a 15 year old in a bikini. (you have no clue who is on the other side of the camera) Also a new couple roaming the park looking for trouble makers. The older man came and sat right in front of a pool full of kids like he was waiting for something to yell at them about, it was extremely obvious and in my opinion rude. Find the parents if there is an issue. When we asked if the item on the pole was a camera the older man said "yes, and if you don't like it you don't have to come to the pool" - Okay thanks for treating your long time customers like you want them to return. And I entered the code for the bathroom in the wrong order, his wife reached from behind me and did it herself. Again, we don't mind following rules. But being policed the entire time is a bit much. Could be time to mix up tradition and find a new place. Very clean and good camp spots. read more

Our family have visited many times before and we're always really impressed. Now they have new owners and the place has gone down hill. The hot tub was green, dirty and warm the time days were were there and the pool was always dirty. The management is rude and told us that we needed to clean up our campsite because we look like we are in a trailer park. I was very insulted hey kids swim and towls and cloth get wet and they are going to hang outside. We decided to leave early and gave 24 hrs and they would not return money no refunds but they said. So otherwise they are saying go swim in our dirty pool and relax in a green warm tub that is supposed to be hot, but pay. Store is now gone along with game room for kids. There are so many long term residence it seems like a adult mobile home residence park. We will not be back and we are very disappointed. We went there also to watch Fireworks off off hill and they confirmed the best place for us to sit. Guess who forgot to turn off sprinklers and got everyone on hill wet what a way to ruin a night. read more

This was our first time staying at this resort and will definitely be our last. Rules, rules and more rules. It is fine to have rules, but they are a little excessive!! We were in Moses Lake for a baseball tournament and checked in on Friday night. We had two vehicles, due to my husband needing to travel back home to work Saturday night. The resort has a fairly large overflow parking lot! We were charged to have an extra vehicle parked up at the top of the resort in, did I mention the "fairly large" overflow parking area! In addition, my 70 year old parents (I know that has trouble written all over it), were in town staying at a hotel for the tournament and were going to come to our campsite for dinner on Saturday evening and when they say NO visitors, you better believe it! Anyone, who is not staying at the campground, is NOT allowed in the campground! This was very sad for the kids! The pool, although I did not see the cameras that the other reviews describe, I would not be surprised. We had friends staying in a campsite across from the office and they resorted to closing their blinds because the staff was constantly monitoring them! To be in the pool area, you are required to wear a wristband so I am sure that this is do to issues that they have had in the past with people sneaking in! Police were called and campers were evicted due to violation of a rule. I am now rambling and could go on, but I will just end on this note, rules are needed, but it is out of control. This campground is really well kept and pool the is nice, but unless you want to feel like you are constantly being watched and don't want any visitors, DON"T STAY! read more
