The Dr was a great listener and did well explaining what I was experiencing and feeling. He also did great letting me know what he was prescribing, how/when to use it and for how long. I paid my copayment, and after a long wait in the waiting room, Dr Zumpano finally did the checkup. He ordered a sonogram on my heart which I returned for a week later. I never heard back from him or the office staff, and when I called, I was rudely told that they would contact me if there was a problem. Now, last week, I received a bill in the mail from a collection agency saying I owe $80 to Cornerstone Medical Care. I have not received any bills between the exam date and when I received the bill that went to collection. If this is the way they do business, you can do better!!!
