I always end up with a lot of exercises to do after therapy is over and each time there are new things. It's great that they recommend getting a gym membership but then don't recommend a way to pay for that membership for someone who struggles to survive on disability. It's not something that anyone stops to consider unless they have actually been in that position themselves. On this run there is a therapist along with a person who is finalizing their training working with me. Each day I do what they tell me to do and do my best to work with them for what I can handle. When I come back from a next visit we talk about pain and issues I might have had on the following day from the last visit. They make adjustments as necessary and we continue. I'm only a few sessions in this time and will be back twice a week for 8 weeks before there is an evaluation. The downside is that I don't have all the equipment they have so some of the things they teach me I don't get to do unless I'm there. All the people I've ever met working here have been friendly and professional.
