I have had opportunity to go there numerous times when the school was generous enough to allow the I-9 sports league the boys were on to use their facilities. I tried to get them admitted last year, but there was no classroom slots available. This year I started early. In spite of tremendous opposition we faced from their previous school whose administrator tried hard not to provide information we needed to get them into HCA, I persevered! I want only the best for my boys. How could I have known that their former school is not accredited and none of the teachers have a degree? They even cost much more than HCA and they don't have any sports or other extracurricular activities! I have prayed for the boys to have the opportunity to attend such a fine school. Special thanks are owed to Susie Myers, the Admissions Coordinator, who led me through every step in getting each of their admissions packets ready!

Advertised on Craigslist with our few simple requirements was this bus. Price based according to said ad ,my wife and I traveled to Brooksville to purchase bus as advertised. According to the ad the bus had 84,000 miles and the ac needed recharged. The bus odometer actually reads 86130.8 and was told it had quit recently along with the temp gauge. I called to return the bus because NO it does NOT have low mileage and the ac compressor is locked up requiring hundreds of dollars for repair. Kids go through bullying and the staff and principal are not helpful when it comes to that kind of situation. Also your child is set up to fail! My daughter made D's and F's for 3 years straight. No matter If she turned in all of her homework or school work the grades never changed they even went far as putting her on a IEP. I pulled her and put her in private school and my daughter never needed the IEP not to mention she is now making A's and B's, never made a grade as low as a C since she has been removed. Parents stand up for your children pull them out if you have to. Your child deserves a successful future!

I had the opportunity to listen to the upper elementary science projects and I was absolutely blown away with how kind to each other the students were, how knowledgeable they were with their chosen subjects, and how comfortable they were speaking to a fairly large audience. Yes, WH may seem to expect a lot from children (compared to other schools) but in return the kids get a fantastic learning environment and plenty of support. The children are proud of themselves for being trusted and held to higher standards.
