Had approval for a test since 7/11/2020. no test yet. Head aches over 15 months because she screwed up a Spinal cord stim removal. Also Never got the Spinal cord Stim that was removed and paid for by my insurance...(wouldnt be surprised if it was inplanted in someone else) Take hours to get to the Call center and then no call backs. I am now filing a medical malpractice claim against her BEWARE!! She deserves NO stars. that should be an option

I believe that Dr. Myrdalis Diaz Ramirez is one of America's best pain managent doctors. My chronic…read morepain started somwhere between the age of 9 or 10. Now I am almost 69 and I suffered all these years with very few exceptions. Doctors just did not want to deal with pain. I began to self-medicate with Exedrine. For more than 20 years I took 3 Exedrine three time per day. I feared I might go into liver or renal failure. What happened instead is that I did severe gastrointestinal damage to myself through the chronic high doses of Exedrine. I have not totally recovered from that. I saw a few other pain management doctors but thwy did nothing worthwhile. Dr. Diaz Ramirez got me relief from pain so that I could function in every area of my life. To me that is the "holy grail" of pain management. My goal was never to be 100% free of pain 100% of each day. My goal was to be able to work, play, go to church, play guitar and do whatever. After 58 years of pain, Dr. Diaz Ramirez found the right medication for me. My body would not accept various medications because of horrible side effects but she stayed with it and found the right medication for me. For that my gratitude and love for her is over the top. She is patient, kind and often would give me more time than most other doctors. This is my experience. I hope it helps you. Dr. Myrdalis, I hope you read this and discover the depth of my gratitude and heart for what you have done for me.

Just once again I want to warn everybody about going to the Ramos pain clinic. The bottom line is…read moreover in Europe they use micrograms they never go over a gram to treat pain ,(Dr.Amen had me on 24 mg a day that's like 23 mg over the limit for pain treatment this man will get you addicted ) watch out for him he's sneaky! Exact words from him was stop at 2 mg and you might feel something and the urban legend that it's harder to get off than heroin well I never done heroin but I'm going on three and a half weeks since my last dose which I went lower than they recommended was 2 mg I got it down to .5 mg and still having withdrawals. They never once educated me on that drug they just threw me on it and didn't tell me nothing other than the urban legend is BS. Do not go Dr amen is intelligent he knows what he's doing he knows how to get people addicted he likes to bump fist as in saying hello he tells jokes to make you feel comfortable and the next thing you know you're hooked on this horrible drug. I talked to multiple rehab centers and pharmacists, Amen is a liars at the Ramos center you do not want to go there they will mess you up they'll stick needles in you I'm an electronic technician and we call it shot running when we don't know exactly where the problem is, so we just hit the entire area. They try to get you on the revolving injections and RF burning of your nerves none of it works I regret everything for going to this place and Dr amen I hope you see this I take back what I said. You need to be fired and never be able to practice medicine again you never warned me of the withdrawals and everything. Count on Medicare coming through there with a fine tooth and comb if I can get OSHA inside Raytheon unannounced and finded millions and millions of dollars for their mistakes watch out I'm going to do it the right way this is no threat on anybody but I'm not stopping till the chains go on your doors! You're up against a very strong person I know how to get things done properly this is no threat to anybody but I guarantee you I'm not going to stop until the chains going your doors and you guys are exposed! You guys are going to get shut down trust me I'm going to expose you guys to everybody you're liars and you want to get people hooked on heavy drugs and put them on the needle machine I call it. Get ready for Medicare coming!

I don't return to offices where that's the Norm rather than th exception. Its clean. A decent selection of reading material. I generally see Dr Kola as I'm a long established patient. I'm 100% satisfied with the care I receive. As a final note the nurses, MAs, PAs, are out of this world. They can answer almost anything you need to know, and often do yet they still bring it up to the Dr. for the final word. I can highly recommend this office for pain control, and injury assessment, and care.

I'd prefer Dr Cole if possible . The other doctor is fine but the attending nurse although she is probably very experienced lol didn't shut up for a minute.. and it was like diareah of the mouth lol she went on and on about her work experience like a job interview .. and when I'm about to go through a procedure that is not very comfortable I'd prefer calm quiet and the full attention from the doctor and nurse... I couldn't relax with the chatter.. I would suggest perhaps they play some native American flute music or nature sounds during the procedure... and conduct interviews at another time. Please tell them What I said..

I was told I would be much better , even back to normal IF I did the PRP injections , that just happen to be on sale that month. $1500 instead of $3000. I was told this was a can't miss cure & not to get hip replacement surgery! I was given, prior to that injection , 7 cortisone shots to help relieve the pain. I got billed the usual deductible then later an additional $200-300 per visit! The cortisone did help a little but not much & only for a few days. Finally I gave in & did the magical PRP. I asked if 1 shot would work, I got blank looks then finally was told maybe. I was also told if I got additional needed shots to feel better that each would be $1500, probably more. I waited over a month for good results after that PRP SHOT. I got nothing! I'm in MORE pain now than when I began & $2300 poorer. This was an epic fail. A waste of time & $$. Don't go there & get sold on false hope & promises. They might cure a slight case of tendinitis or a sore ankle , but anything else is not happening. I feel like I got conned. A shot of snake oil would have been the same result. Don't go to this place if you are in pain! Go see an Orthopeadic Dr. I finally went to a hip Orthopedic Dr ,had an xray done & found my hips were fine! I had Just a slight bit of arthritis. They then did a lumbar & pelvic MRI & found out what was REALLY wrong. Multiple bulging lumbar discs, almost all of them herniated too! Stenosis present as well! I haven't even begun to pay out anything close to what Cole took from me. Isn't it funny how insurance can cover all I have done since I left Cole's con job , but with him just getting a cortisone shot cost me $100s ? My pain & issues had gotten worse while I fooled around with those useless, expensive shots of Dr Cole's! His , "I know exactly what you are feeling & what the problem is" was pure BS. He saw a sucker, a person in severe pain who hoped to avoid surgery, & he played that into $$. DON'T go there! See a real Orthopedic Dr.
