Leeanna went above and beyond to plan every detail with me and ensured our order included the exact amount we needed for the square footage I provided her. Joe took the time to observe the patio area while dropping off supplies and offered expert advice and reassurance even though he knew we were tackling the patio ourselves. I have a rain check from 4 weeks ago but never got a call the item is in back in stock. There was a special for this weekend and they had none available for sale. They refuse to give a raincheck even though the ad said nothing about limited quantities. It seems they want to get you to the store for a "bait and switch".

This company could literally screw up a one-man parade. Ordered 2 standard 42" barn doors in July…read more They sent 28" doors that also were the wrong panel (X frame instead of K frame). they refused to expedite the replacements even though I had contractors lined up for install. The replacements came and they sent half matte black hardware and half brushed nickel. They refused to expedite replacements again. I waited another 5 weeks for replacement hardware. After a month of waiting for standard matte black, I was told it's not possible, I'd have to do copper. I agreed if they would get it to me on time. The next day they said they were changing to matte black but I had to wait longer. They finally shipped it and it all arrived damaged in two old pieces of boxes that they taped together to form packaging. The materials was all hanging out of the box damaged. Oh, and they sent brushed nickel! They lied several times to the 84 Lumber rep indicating they had shipped replacements, they did not. According to 84, no one seems to care at Shuster's, they all downplay the egregious errors and no one can give a straight answer on when they can get me these standard parts for one of their flagship products. After waiting 3 months (and 3 months after I paid), I ordered the parts on Amazon and they will be here in 24-48 hours.

The owner Erin ordered the incorrect style of siding which we didn't realize until my construction…read morecrew showed up to start the job. I called them and they couldn't get the correct siding for 2 weeks so I was forced to change colors in order to get another color rushed in in 2 days. Erin tried to blame me for her incompetence. On top of this i had to pay another$720 for the correct style that had originally told her I wanted. Then 2 days later when they went to deliver the siding to me they weren't going to leave it because now I had a dumpster in my driveway which prevented them from backing up to my garage to pick up the incorrect siding order. I'm 57 year old widow with asthma and it was 95 degrees out. I had to start hauling the incorrect siding boxes out of my garage and dragging them up the lawn closer to the driver truck and threatening lawsuit in order TY get the driver to agree to leave my siding. He said he would get into trouble with Erin but didn't want to see my get hurt. I still had to help him unload 24 boxes of siding and start loading the incorrect siding from the garage onto his truck until Blake from the office showed up. Erin made me feel like I was being held hostage from getting my job done all because of the error she made! I will never recommend this place to anyone.
