Eric and I had a half hour meeting to discuss how we wanted to file my investment properties. He must of forgot all the details of this meeting because when I came in to sign my return everything for our conversation had not been applied. They had to redo the tax return while I waited in the office. Then they even filed my multi family property as a single-family home which triggered a audit from the state of Wisconsin.
