Once I arrived they said they extended not accepting donations for a few more months because they were still full. After a few more months, I attempted one more time. Only to arrive and find out there was no staff available (during regular business hours) due to an off-site training! Needless to say, their communication could be better. It took 4 separate visits to finally be able to donate. With all that being said, I hope the clothes go to people who really need it and it helps them in their journey.
