I have talked with 3 recruiters about employment and was told I was going to get a call back regarding if there was job availability or not. I have not received a call back from the 3 recruiters about job availability. I spoke with a manager by the name of J.C whom gave me nothing but excuses why no one has called me. The professional way they conduct themselves is poor. There communication is poor. They have a recording on there business machine stating that our call is important to them which is a joke. If you're a job seeker and you don't like being called back apply with Aerotek.. Thanks Joab,James,Marlynn for the call back read more

They had very poor service; I apply 13 job in their web site, no one spoked to me what was going on. No feed back at all. read more

I've had the pleasure of working with Aaron Reynolds at Aerotek to hire contingent workers for our company last year and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. We had to hire approximately 50-60 contingent workers from Aerotek and Aaron and his team delivered really solid candidates. Our supervisors and I were very happy with the job fair process. We were treated well when we came to Aerotek to interview the candidates. We were also very happy about how organized everything was and how quickly the candidates passed their background checks. With the other staff agency we were working with, it took weeks to a month to know whether their candidates passed background. Oftentimes, the length of the background check would detract the candidate from the position and they would find another job. Aaron is in constant communication with me to make sure we're happy and the reps we hired are doing well. It also helps that he brings us goodies like bagels every now and then. He has very good client follow-up skills. I don't know how we could've survived open enrollment if it wasn't for Aaron and his team. I hope our management approves us to use them again this open enrollment. read more

Aerotek was easy to work with 4 years ago from the phone interview to the offer letter when I was contracted through them. I currently get the pleasure of working with Brittane Russell. When she needed to coordinate interviews for my department, everything was prepared, even her walking the candidates out afterward. She is great at ensuring my feedback got to every candidate. I can always count on her to provide timely, hands on coaching with our contracted reps. I've worked with other agencies before and Aerotek runs much more smoothly! read more

So I get an email from a Ruslan Curry saying he has seen my resume and that it looks great and that I have experience they are looking for. I respond to his email saying I'm interested. He responds with, "Can you please send me your resume?". I'm like wtf...I thought you saw my resume already? Lol. Freaking clown. Good thing I did not need Aerotek services. Got a job offer from another place. read more

After sending me out to an interview (that I was beyond qualified for) I didn't get, I not only had to call them to find out the status, but a couple days later my recruiter calls me to ask if I know anyone available to interview for the same position. I was beyond shocked of the nerve to do that to someone. read more

I'm disappointed by this staffing agency. I did one assignment for a few months during that time my recruiter did not fight for his group regarding the issue we all were having. After my assignment I try them again, had to retest for word, excel and typing which by the way I scored high, I'm now working with another recruiter she was impress with my resume, my skills and my test score she wanted to meet me which I did and she couldn't stop complimenting on my hair, her demeanor has changed towards me then all of sudden the position is not available I then decided to reach out to another recruiter he was rude over the phone, vague, dry and indirect. I feel I was discriminated against which really doesn't surprise me being that the world we live in like to make us think racism doesnt exist anymore but it does. read more

There's a reason why I don't like staffing agencies and Aerotek is one of them. The #1 rule in business is to treat the customer like your own. I was given the royal treatment after I applied to one of their jobs, filled out the paperwork, and started a job. Then when the job didn't work out, I got the cold shoulder from Aerotek. No more phone calls about jobs, nothing. They acted like I didn't exist! When I finally got another assignment, it was a job with a company that was clearly sinking. I smartly left and notified Aerotek, but they claimed I never told them and I was no longer hire-able, and this is..wait for it...3 months after I left!! Really?? Oh, ok then. This place is a joke and they are more concerned with getting $$ then getting you a permanent job. Don't even bother with this place. read more

Came in for orientation and I was greeted by Karina and Shonte. These two are amazing. They showed me where to sign in, and offered me a piece of chocolate while I wait. Before I knew it, Karina did my orientation, and explain in great detail on what the next steps are for me. Thank you! :) read more

Beware!! Employees severely mistreated. Very disappointed! My friend recently gave up a reliable job for what sounded like a great opportunity with this company they were doing business with. Kessler Plumbing. Full benefits, $30/hr, 40 hours and lots of good benefits. He has years of plumbing and even managerial experience in the plumbing industry only to be told his pay (after working 2 weeks) would be dropped by $10/hour and his promised 40 hours dropped to 20-30 if that. There reason reported to the recruiter was because my friend didn't know plumbing. Kessler told my friend they had to do that cause they don't normally pay their employees that much. My friend told the aerotek recruiter this and he did not care. In my opinion if an employment agency company allows employers to screw their employees over it screams volumes about their integrity. You'd think this would affect them since it affects their spread but nope. They allowed it to happen. My friend found another job. I advised him to seek legal counsel. Unfortunately my friend didn't want to and just kept moving forward. If you have any kind of a job NEVER give it up for anything they offer cause you can end up in serious hardships. They are here for their own personal gain, not to help anyone else. Aerotek is not a good place to go when looking for a job. The office personnel is rude and treat one another very poorly, which is normal when you're in such a competitive environment. But what is very sad is that people who need help come here only to be placed in more difficult situations. read more

Out of all the temporary agencies. Aerotek Staffing agency has the most variety of jobs. All the recruiters are quick and to the point. Either they have a job for you or not! Simple .. Thank you Aerotek ! read more

Walk in and ask for Gerome Viray. He gets you working right away. Luckily he is my recruiter and so far he has been on top of everything. Recommend him! read more

Gerome takes his time to get to know who you are, and how you would be best suited in a position. Gerome personal and direct method is refreshing. He contacts each person directly when he feels he has the right job opportunity, He offers advice and feedback, which is incredibly helpful. These are key components to a successful relationship between agency and client. This combination of professionalism and trust, is what one should expect to have with an agency. Thanks Gerome!! read more

Worst place to go ever!!!!! Went in for an interview with Lauren Wright, she is so unprofessional and didnt give me any information before i went in for my interview. She told me that i wasted her time. I told her that she doesnt know a thing about the business and wasted my time. Ive worked with temp agencies before and have never met any rude type of recruiters. I will never go back to this place, avoid them at all cost. read more

Been two months since my interview. I guess being white, male, with a college degree Xs me out. I get it. Los Angeles County is ground zero for unskilled, uneducated workforce perfect for minimum wage paying companies. Think triangular trade. Aerotek seeks out and captures uneducated workers placing them on ships and transporting them to companies that pay minimum wage and in return cuts a check to Aerotek for services rendered. Everyone wins except the employee as it will take both monthly checks just to pay the rent. For this the employee is to be eternally grateful to the employer. I think i'll skip the next slave ship . read more

One star cause I have to give a star they are the worst I have professional job experience and I'm in school and certified yet I'm not a good match for any of there openings keep in mind they got me a job years ago when I did not have any certifications if you want a real job don't come here read more

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Eric Sawyer and Stephen Papelian are the worst at their jobs. I was currently unemployed when I worked with both of them and I constantly tried to keep contact with both of them and nothing. I was made to drive over an hour from home each time for false hope. I even asked Eric to be transferred to another recruiter and he instead just chose to block and not reply to my calls/emails. Waste of time guys. read more

Excellent, last minute help from Arda. There was some miscommunication between the company hiring me and Aerotek, which left me trying to get signed up for work very late on a Friday. Arda helped me get the electronic forms I needed and set up an early appointment for me on Monday, so I can get to my new job as soon as possible. She was friendly and efficient. I appreciated all her help. read more

I would definitely recommend Aerotek ! They were able to get me a perfect job that fits my skills , more pay than I was looking for , and a placement at a company I can see myself growing with forever ! So thankful for the recruiters who found my resume . read more

Probably the worst agency I have ever worked for. Paychecks were always late, never able to get anyone on the phone. The only good thing was that I was placed quickly. Unfortunately do to my paychecks constantly being late I had to quit and take another quick position just so I could catch up on bills. I still have yet to receive my final paycheck 2 weeks after quiting. I loved the company I was working for and they were always good to everyone. I wouldn't recommend Aerotek to anyone, even as a last resort read more

After trying it in my own for a few weeks without much luck, a few offers but nothing great, I went in to Aerotek on Balboa in Northridge. Filled out paper work then met with Tiffanie Belanger my liaison. We discussed my past experience, job interest, and expected pay. After about a week, she called me with a job that interest me, submitted my résumé, I interviewed the next day, the next day was offered a job! One week later background check cleared and now I can not wait to start my new job! If you are looking for work and tired of mulling over the endless e-mails and help wanted ads, not to mention the barrage of solicitation we subject ourselves to with people who mean only to exploit out unemployment...then go to Aerotek. If your lucky you'll get Tiffanie. She is an angel :) read more

Came here to speak to Lauren W. after I was laid off from my job. She called me and was able to see me last minute. She set up an interview for me and now I have a second interview thanks to her. This is a great place for work! Try it out and ask for Kyle! They pay weekly and very professional and cool people to have on your team!

I would give this agency more stars but I'm not 100% sure my mom got her job yet ... by far they are the most responsive and nicest place I've found to help my mom find a soldering job. In particular Claudia Macias and Jessica Fong are spectacular... I hope they get big bonuses read more

My point of contact for the job I applied to through Aerotek is Tiffanie Belanger. If she is the one you'll be in contact with regarding a job posting, know that she goes above and beyond to help you get the job. She has always been in contact with me in regards to my interview status and has given me so much information about the job and the company to help me see if it's what I want or not. She even gave me interview tips that were company-specific! I can't imagine anything else that an employment agency could possibly do to help you. If you can't interview well for a job after all of the tips and assistance they give you, you're doing something wrong, not them. read more

Emylou Viceral and Cesar Soto are amazing recruiters . They matched me with a position of my interest and were very diligent with keeping me updated with the interviewing and hiring process. I would definitely recommend them. read more

Aerotek couldn't have come to my life at a better time. I was at a time of my life that finding a job was just difficult and most places I sought out were not paying enough for me to work at the jobs. I have been associated with a few staffing agencies just because my brother had recommended that he had acquired his job through a staffing agency. So, Aerotek had called me one day about a job opening in Burbank. i was a bit hesitant because "burbank!" But I decided to take the job because the pay was good and I specialize in the job description. My recruiter, Thomas Franco made the job application process as smoothly and easy as 1-2-3. A-B-C. He gave me the necessary advice before the interview and also to inform him afterwards about how the interview had went. A few days later, I got the notice that the company wanted me to work and I have been working at the company in Burbank since May 2nd. Aerotek was a great help in finding me a job that can make use of my necessary job experience. Thomas Franco, my recruiter makes it his mission to check up on with me once a week to see my progress. He doesn't have to, but he does. This shows you that Aerotek's recruiters really care about the job placement and wants to make sure that both client (company) and clientele (worker on probation) are in-sync. Thanks Thomas!!! You are a lifesaver! read more

Aerotek - Employment Agencies Near Me - Northridge, California

I like this agency all the employees are very helpful specially Martin martinez we never met at first and he gave me a job and I got in, he is very helpful shout out to this employee .... very much recommended agency read more

I had applied through Aerotek in northridge recently because i had heard from reliable resources that they help you get good jobs fast. When i had applied i was seated and receptionists had called for any available representative to see me in. What had seemed like a great agency was completely changed from my perspective as associate jenessa jeppeson had interviewed me and had tried to set me up with a job that was completely out of my reach. I had explained i had no reliable transportation at the moment but disreguarding my request she seemed consistent on pushing me to take the job not even aware of where the area was. She seemed to get frustrated at the fact i wouldnt start imediately and left only to call another gentleman who gave no business card or introduction on who he was only to come in to tell me that if i didnt take this job i wouldnt be promised anything else because it would be his "reputation on the line". After experiencing this i had decided to apply somewhere else. They were very unprofessional it was an unsatisfying experience overall. read more

I have worked with another recruiting agency before and they were terrible! My recruiter Gerome Viray found me the most amazing job! He was great with communication, always replied via emails, phone calls or texting within 2 hours. I was unable to make it to his office because I had a full time job at the time of my interviews so he met me before I started work at a local Starbucks to make sure he got to know me as a person and really hear what I was looking for in a job. Even now since I got this job he still keeps in contact with me asking how everything is going. He told me how great this place was and I thought maybe he was just hyping it up. No he is honest with what kind of job you will have. Very nice honest guy who I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a recruiting agency to help you find a job. Thank You Areotek! read more

At this point I'm giving Aerotek in Northridge Ca, a bad rating.I was called by a recruiter from Aerotek, I was screened over the phone and qualified for a personal interview.I then was invited to a second interview. After that I was invited for a third interview and a background check. At this point they told me I had the job, they were just waiting on the back ground check.I signed the contract and benefits package. At the same time I missed many other opportunity's with other company's because I was waiting on their response.Guess what they don't need me no more"they filled the position because my background check was on hold.Never the less they waisted my time and for that matter I loss other opportunities. My advise" don't believe them" you are just a number to them. 8550 Balboa Blvd Ste 234 Northridge, CA 91325 Neighborhood: North Hills (818) 672-0800 read more

I had expresed interest in a job and a recruiter named Natalie Estrella called me back. Unfortunately, a personal issue arose at the last minute out of my control that I had to take care of. Therefore, I couldn't make it to the interview that I had scheduled for that morning. I tried to give as much notice as possible once I found out ( 45 minute notice by emailing her. Anyways she sent a snarky email and said she would never be working with me again because it was unprofessional that I gave a short notice. Well, things happen out of our control and I did give notice, unlike some other people who don't notify at all. If she is going to get rude and get an attitude about people who can't make it to an interview for what ever reason, maybe she should quit her day job and find another job that doesn't involve people. It's called life and things happen. read more

Hello Yelpers. I don't normally review a whole lot of places, but this place deserves special attention due to my situation. I was on a job search and had posted my resume on Monster. Yashar, the recruiting rep initially called me and said he found my résumé online and thought I would be a good fit for a MUCH better position with a similar mortgage company nearby. Long story short, he was able to score me an interview very quickly with that company. He walked me through the interview beforehand, thus I felt very comfortable during the actual interview. The company really liked what I had to offer, and decided to hire me, AT THE RATE I ASKED FOR as well. I was able to get more hourly then any other temp agency had for that position. Unfortunately I ran into some issues during the application process, as I was currently contracted with another agency. Yashar quickly worked with his superior (who kept in touch with me throughout the entire process) to get all issues squared away and we got all the technical issues resolved. In conclusion, Aerotek was able to secure the highest wages among all the surrounding temp agencies, they were very professional during the process, and most importantly, they were genuinely concerned about what I wanted and getting me working ASAP. I hope this review helps anyone considering them. Thank you. read more
