This was the worst experience I have ever had with a limo company. We booked 3 limos and a week prior to our event had to cancel one of the limo's. The day of the event three limos came and so we called the owner and he would not own up to his mistake, ended up swearing at me on the phone......even though we had an email showing our cancellation. He has since charged our credit card for the cancelled vehicle without authorization, which is illegal. We will NEVER use this company again and will be calling our credit card company to cancel this charge. Mike's (owner) unprofessionalism was appalling and totally unacceptable. We booked this Limo company as a Wine tour, using one of the options they had on the website. The driver showed up without any ice or enough water for everyone and had no idea about the tour we booked. We basically needed to give him the location of where we wanted to go and he picked whatever wineries he knew of in the area. We tried to stop in town to get ice to keep the water cold, but at the location we stopped at they did not have any ice - he advised us at this time that he couldnt find any before picking us up. The wineries we went to were great, but his service as a driver was not. It's expected that you get picked up at the place where you were dropped up and the door opened for you. Our driver did not do this, and he would not even start the limo and pull up to where we were walking down or up to meet him. The driver did not introduce himself to us and forced us to give him a 20% tip at the end of it. We have tried to contact the company to discuss this and they have not replied.
