When she was home and I was ready to use my new purchase I was deeply saddened to see my new piece of equipment without its box, warranty info, manual, and GAS CAP which had been vultured by petty thieves. It is WRONG to try to pass of a display piece missing valuable items and means of utilizing the factory warranty as new to an unsuspecting customer (my sweet wife). Not thrilled about the experience, will continue to shop local and just spend a little more to avoid the big corps greediness.

My wife and I bought a washer and dryer and had it delivered to get it installed. The guys got out of the truck acting like they never install anything. When we showed him the receipt and said that's what we paid for he said that he had to call back and see if it was okay if he did the install. Plus he was giving every excuse in the book why he couldn't install it. Why is it that a business sits there and profusely says they're sorry but doesn't want to do anything to fix the problem? Sorrys are cheap fixing the problem is what it seems like businesses are not willing to do. Unfortunately I am handicapped and cannot install it myself.
