They sold me a display weedeater when I purchased one online (not listed as a display piece everyone has had there hands on and had been tainted) my lovely wife picked it up. When she was home and I was ready to use my new purchase I was deeply saddened to see my new piece of equipment without its box, warranty info, manual, and GAS CAP which had been vultured by petty thieves. It is WRONG to try to pass of a display piece missing valuable items and means of utilizing the factory warranty as new to an unsuspecting customer (my sweet wife). Not thrilled about the experience, will continue to shop local and just spend a little more to avoid the big corps greediness. read more

The store is okay. People there seem like they care about what they're doing. But don't let them send somebody to your house to install something from the warehouse. My wife and I bought a washer and dryer and had it delivered to get it installed. The guys got out of the truck acting like they never install anything. When we showed him the receipt and said that's what we paid for he said that he had to call back and see if it was okay if he did the install. Plus he was giving every excuse in the book why he couldn't install it. Why is it that a business sits there and profusely says they're sorry but doesn't want to do anything to fix the problem? Sorrys are cheap fixing the problem is what it seems like businesses are not willing to do. Unfortunately I am handicapped and cannot install it myself. Lucky for us there's Lessenberry's, we should have went there first. Talk about somebody that knows what customer service is. read more

Came inn to get some wood cut but there Large the only way they have to cut Wood is broken sO in order to cut any wood the guy was having to cut by hand saw. Shame on you Lowe's get your equipment in working order and you might have better sales in the lumber department!! read more

These folks at this Lowe's are the best in the business! They are true rock stars of the industry! We are building a Family Park called, "Treasure Trove Park and Museum" in Cave City, Kentucky, and we have been going to this Lowe's for all of our supplies. Everybody, from the operator's, to the manager, Lindsey and everyone in between were all great to us! Athena and Chelsey went out of their ways to also help us with our orders. The selection and prices are almost as good as their outstanding service! I would recommend anyone with any kind of home, or garden needs, to go pay these great folks a visit. Update: 9/3 We had to reorder these pieces and go ahead and pay for them. Was told they would arrive in 7-14 days. 16 days later we still hadn't got a call so we called them. They said 1 of the 2 pieces were in but another store had the one we were waiting on but a manager would have to request it to be sent to our store. After speaking to a manager he started to transfer us back to who we were originally speaking with and we got disconnected. Called back and was placed on hold for 5 minutes before giving up and decided to just go to the store. We picked up the one piece that was in and asked to speak to the manager about the issue with the second one. He told us the other store actually didn't have any in stock. So after 3 weeks and ordering this twice we were finally told it's actually on backorder and they don't know when they'll be available but they'll check with other stores to try and get one. We're supposed to get a call tomorrow to see if they were able to find one or if the vendor would be able to expedite one when they're available again. All of this could have been avoided if only we were told any of this information up front and the employees communication was remotely accurate. read more
